We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Admin Assistant to support the Project Manager and project team in managing daily administrative and documentation activities at the construction site. Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative assistance to the Project Manager and site management team to ensure efficient project operations
• Manage daily correspondence, organize filing systems, and maintain document organization for easy retrieval
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up action items to support project progress
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits to coordinate team activities and stakeholder engagement

Document Control

Site Administration

• Maintain site office supplies and administrative resources to ensure smooth site operations

Compliance & Record Keeping

• Ensure project records are accurate, complete, and up to date to support audit readiness
• Provide required documentation during audits and inspections to demonstrate compliance
• Maintain confidentiality of project and company information to protect sensitive data

Core Responsibilities

• On-Site Management: Coordinate daily construction activities, manage worker schedules, and supervise tradespeople.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce building codes and workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA in the US or Workplace Safety and Health guidelines in Singapore).
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work and materials to ensure they meet project specifications.

Site/Project Engineer (Civil Engineering)

We are seeking a results-driven Project Engineer (Civil Engineering) to support the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects.

• S$3,300-S$4,000 basic + bonus

• 6 days, Mon-Sat, 8:30AM-5:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closely with Main Contractor, Sub-contractors, Consultants, and Client on all site-related matters

• Attend daily site meetings (M&E coordination, Architectural coordination) and ad-hoc meetings as required

• Ensure all instructions, updates, and information from Client / Consultant / Main Contractor are communicated clearly to all project team members

• Attend and participate in daily site walks to identify issues and ensure smooth execution of works

• Monitor daily site activities and track work progress, reporting status and issues to the Project Manager (PM)

• Monitor Bill of Quantities (BQ) and material availability on sit

• Coordinate with PM, System team, and Sub-contractors on material procurement to ensure steady material flow for installation works

• Prevent delays caused by material shortages

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Construction / Building Services or equivalent

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site coordination or supervision experience

• Strong experience in site coordination with main contractors and sub-contractors

• Familiar with construction drawings, revisions, and site documentation control

• Knowledge of WSOH regulations and site safety practices

• Experience in arranging and managing site inspections and quality records

• Ability to monitor progress against project schedules and identify risks

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will play a crucial role in the planning and scheduling of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and sub-programs (baseline, look-ahead and short-term plans)
• Produce weekly/monthly progress updates with S-curves, analyze schedule variances against baseline and recommend recovery actions
• Support preparation of progress claims by collating program data, progress photos, material verification and interim claim inputs
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and procurement for activity sequencing, material lead times and resource requirements by link submittals, approvals, manufacturing, FAT, shipping and delivery to activities; track lead times vs need-by dates.
• Contribute to risk registers and perform basic delay analyses and time-impact assessments; raise potential schedule risks early
• Assist in preparing program visuals and presentations for project meetings and stakeholder briefings.
