職位描述：

1. 監督、監控、協調和控制專案現場所有日常施工工作，並遵守文件控製程序。
2. 確保工程品質符合 ISO 標準、合約和施工規範。
3. 確保專案進度符合專案計畫。
4. 為妥善保存歸檔記錄，特別是關於收到的任何相關土建改造或擴建工程的工程師指示。
5. 協助現場工程師準備和更新每日報告，核實進度報告，並參加現場會議。
6. 與現場人員和辦公室保持密切溝通，處理所有與專案相關的事宜。

職位要求：

1. 工程文憑/學位，土木與結構工程/建築工程專業均可
2. 至少2-3年建築項目監工經驗。
3. 依照馬來西亞工程師委員會的要求，履行合格工程檢查員（IOW）的職責，監督土木和結構工程。
4. 自我激勵，能夠在快節奏、高壓力的環境中獨立工作。
5. 良好的溝通和人際交往能力
6. 工作地點位於巴生谷地區及週邊地區。
7. 願意出差和搬遷。

Job Description:

1. Supervise, monitor, coordinate, and control all daily construction works at the project site and adhere to the document control procedure
2. Ensure the quality of work conforms to ISO standard, contract, and construction specifications
3. Ensure the progress of the project conforms to the project schedule
4. To maintain proper filling records, especially on Engineer’s Instructions received for any related civil modification or enhancement works
5. To assist Site Engineers in preparing and updating daily reports, verifying progress reports, and attending site meetings.
6. Maintain close communication with site personnel and the office for all project-related matters

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering, either in Civil & Structural / Architectural
2. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the supervision of construction projects.
3. Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Board of Engineers’ Malaysia requirement as the Qualified Inspector of Work (IOW) for the supervision of the civil and structural works.
4. Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment
5. Good communication & interpersonal skills
6. To be based at the site in the Klang Valley area & outstation.
7. Willing to travel & relocate.
