職位描述:
- 監督、監控、協調和控制專案現場所有日常施工工作,並遵守文件控製程序。
- 確保工程品質符合 ISO 標準、合約和施工規範。
- 確保專案進度符合專案計畫。
- 為妥善保存歸檔記錄,特別是關於收到的任何相關土建改造或擴建工程的工程師指示。
- 協助現場工程師準備和更新每日報告,核實進度報告,並參加現場會議。
- 與現場人員和辦公室保持密切溝通,處理所有與專案相關的事宜。
職位要求:
- 工程文憑/學位,土木與結構工程/建築工程專業均可
- 至少2-3年建築項目監工經驗。
- 依照馬來西亞工程師委員會的要求,履行合格工程檢查員(IOW)的職責,監督土木和結構工程。
- 自我激勵,能夠在快節奏、高壓力的環境中獨立工作。
- 良好的溝通和人際交往能力
