JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
·       High school diploma or equivalent qualification required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
·       Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational or virtual work environment.
·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
·       Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
JOB DETAILS:
·       Perform and Assist in coordinating maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and overall facility upkeep.
·       Work with the Facilities Officer on issues like air conditioning and power failures.
·       Support event setup, logistics, and school operational activities.
·       Ensure cleanliness and organization of rooms and secure doors before leaving as per NEA checklist.
·       Manage inventory of supplies, assets, and equipment(including Vending Machine)
·       Control inventory, order supplies, verify deliveries, and manage stock movement.
·       Handle filing, scanning, and printing of documents; communicate professionally; monitor report submissions; perform ad-hoc tasks.
·       Assists in processing access cards request to building management.
·       Prepare, pack, and endorse orders (both internal and external) ; assist with annual distribution.
·       Actively contribute ideas to enhance service levels.
