RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Director of Mental Health Service at Montfort Care supports the Director in managing programme development, financial management, community engagement, quality assurance, staff development, risk management, and policy advocacy to ensure the delivery of high quality care and support for individuals with mental health conditions and their caregivers in the community.

Strategic Support

• Assist the Director in implementing strategic plans and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.

Program Development

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Director, Talent Management plays a pivotal role in shaping Montfort Care's talent agenda to enable organizational growth and transformation. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Growth, this role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent management framework that strengthens leadership capability and builds a sustainable pipeline for critical roles.

You will lead the development and implementation of Montfort Care's high-potential program, ensuring systematic identification, grooming, and progression of future leaders across all levels. THE OPPORTUNITY

The first six years of a child's life shape everything that follows. For children from lower-income families, what happens in that window determines the trajectory. KidSTART exists to change those odds: personal home-based support, delivered by trained practitioners, built on evidence, and scaled nationally.

KidSTART completed its nationwide expansion in 2025. The programme now reaches families in all 24 towns, is scaling toward 80 per cent of eligible children in every birth cohort and has nearly tripled its practitioner base in two years. What happens next depends on whether the programme model can keep pace with that growth.

That is what this role is for.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Director for Programme Development, you will lead the thinking behind how KidSTART works, and where it is headed. You own the service model and the operational policies that govern how practitioners support families. You work directly with MSF in the strategic direction and hold accountability for programme outcomes across a network of implementing agencies, while also looking ahead to develop new or better services and programmes to better serve children from lower-income and/or vulnerable families.

This is not an execution role. It is the role that decides what gets executed. You will need to hold along view of what a good early childhood programme looks like on a national scale, while staying close enough to implementation to know when the model is not working.

The right person for this role is someone who has shaped policy or programme design before, is energised by the complexity of multi-agency implementation, and is motivated by the prospect of getting it right for children who need it most.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Programme Strategy and Model Design

Lead the planning, design, and review of KidSTART's service model, operational policies, and processes —including funding and manpower frameworks — aligned with MSF's national strategic direction. Own the integrity of what KidSTART does and how it does it.

Programme Monitoring and Evaluation

Drive the review and continuous refinement of programme design, implementation quality, and outcomes measurement. Ensure that data on programme performance reaches the right people and informs real decisions, not just reports.

Funder and Agency Accountability

Oversee KidSTART's funding agreements with implementing agencies. Hold agencies to performance standards, manage disbursements, and address compliance and audit requirements. Maintain the quality of the partnership network that delivers the programme on the ground.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop the Programme Development team. Set direction, build analytical and policy capability within the team, and create conditions for rigorous, thoughtful work in an organisation that is still forming.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who can operate at the level of programme architecture — thinking clearly about what a national early childhood programme needs to do and how it needs to be structured — while remaining grounded in what works for families and practitioners.

You will have:

–   At least six years of relevant experience in policy formulation, programme development, data analytics, or planning.

–   A bachelor's degree, with strong writing and analytical skills.

–   A track record of leading projects and engaging stakeholders at different levels, including government agencies and community partners.

As an Executive Administrative Assistant in the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will support executives and their teams by managing complex administrative tasks and coordinating efforts across the department. You will help us drive our data and analytics strategy, ensuring strong governance and effective change management. Job responsibilities

• Manage and handle complex and detailed calendars, including urgent meetings and conference calls, coordinating logistics with local and overseas offices

• Exercise good judgment when handling confidential information

• Identify and escalate critical issues, following up with necessary actions

• Provide professional telephonic and visitor support, addressing issues and redirecting as appropriate with impeccable etiquette

• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries and ensuring timely delivery of plans and documents

• Coordinate schedules and logistics for overseas VIP visitors

• Organize high-quality client and senior internal meetings and events, collaborating with internal teams and clients

• Adhere to control policies and procedures, including budget and compliance approvals, documentation, and record keeping

• Process invoices and expense claims for team members and consultants

• Take on new responsibilities as needed to support the team

• Assist with overflow, special projects, and provide backup coverage for other assistants as part of the support pool

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 4 years of administrative experience

• Strong partnership skills, with proven ability to develop relationships with peers and clients

• Ability to collaborate and work well with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility

• Experience working with limited supervision, performing under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines

A transnational industrialist relocating to Singapore is seeking a highly autonomous Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to act as a trusted operational proxy.

This is not a traditional administrative role—the successful candidate will operate under a “Completed Staff Work” philosophy, taking full ownership of execution, presenting solutions, and requiring minimal oversight.

The role will start as a remote-first ground operator, responsible for pre-staging the Principal’s personal and business infrastructure in Singapore, before evolving into a hybrid Executive and Investor Relations function upon arrival.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Lifestyle & Infrastructure Setup (Pre-Arrival)

• Oversee end-to-end setup of a luxury residence (Sentosa), including handover, furnishing, and vendor coordination
• Liaise with interior designers, contractors, and service providers to ensure immediate readiness
• Manage sourcing and finalization of a corporate lease for a chauffeur-driven ultra-luxury MPV
• Identify, vet, and onboard a professional executive driver
• Source, assess, and onboard a high-calibre live-in domestic helper/cook
• Manage the sourcing, vetting, and acquisition/importation of a family dog in compliance with Singapore regulations
• Establish all local infrastructure: banking relationships, utilities, telecoms, insurance, and administrative requirements
• Ensure a seamless, “walk-in ready” environment for the Principal and family

Phase 2: Business & Strategic Support (Post-Arrival)

• Act as the Principal’s gatekeeper and representative for Singapore-based matters
• Manage communications, priorities, and scheduling with precision and discretion
• Coordinate high-level engagements with investors, private banks, and corporate partners
• Prepare briefing materials, manage follow-ups, and ensure flawless execution of meetings
• Establish and maintain the administrative and operational infrastructure of the Singapore office
• Implement systems, processes, and workflows to support efficiency and scale

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals, single-family offices, or C-suite executives in Singapore
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage luxury real estate, vendors, and private household staff
• Highly autonomous, resourceful, and decisive—able to operate effectively in unstructured, high-trust environments
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s local ecosystem (banking, property, vendors, regulatory landscape)
• Exceptional discretion, judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
• Comfortable working remotely with zero supervision, while remaining highly responsive and mobile across Singapore
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and investors
