Skop Kerja:
Menjalankan pemeriksaan rutin ke atas operasi penyejuk, termasuk suhu air sejuk dan penyejuk, dan memeriksa semua utiliti talian perkhidmatan (air, udara termampat dan gas asli) untuk kebocoran. Sebarang kecacatan atau masalah mesti dilaporkan segera kepada Penyelia / HOD.
Periksa dan catatkan parameter operasi pemampat, termasuk tekanan, suhu, arus motor (ampere), kedudukan injap gelongsor, kelajuan motor, paras minyak dan jam operasi.
Jalankan analisis air untuk sampel air bandar, termasuk air bandar, air minuman, air bijirin dan air DPRS.
Rekodkan bacaan meter air setiap hari.
Berhati-hati dengan loji kerosakan sekiranya berlaku kerosakan atau bekalan elektrik terputus.
Penyelesaian masalah injap pengasingan penyejuk ammonia Handel, periksa kawasan bocor & betulkan kawasan bocor.
Ukur dan rekod kekonduksian air, pH dan ORP untuk menara penyejuk (SA, RM, Nescafe dan sistem air sejuk), serta periksa dan bersihkan penapis air.
Patuhi prosedur keselamatan dan pakai PPE yang sesuai semasa bekerja dengan penyejuk, menara penyejuk, pemampat dan ammonia atau kerja lain yang memerlukan PPE.
Laporkan sebarang kemalangan atau insiden keselamatan dengan segera kepada Penyelia/HOD.

Job Scope :
Conduct routine checks on chiller operations, including chilled and cooling water temperatures, and inspect all service line utilities (water, compressed air, and natural gas) for leakage. Any defects or problem must be reported immediately to the Supervisor / HOD.
Check and record compressor operating parameters, including pressure, temperature, motor current (ampere), slide valve position, motor speed, oil level, and running hours.
Carry out water analysis for town water samples, including town water, drinking water, cereal water, and DPRS water.
Record water meter readings daily.
Attend breakdown plant in case trip or power down.
Measure and record water conductivity, pH, and ORP for cooling towers (SA, RM, Nescafe, and chilled water systems), and inspect and clean water filters.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE when working with chillers, cooling towers, compressors, and ammonia or other work that requires PPE.
Report any accidents or safety incidents immediately to the Supervisor / HOD.
