Responsibilities:

- Contribute to design, development, unit testing, infra/env setup, code/infra review and end to end rollout of AML project related system changes/production fixes

- Manage and work with vendor teams, cross-teams and stakeholders to successfully deliver enhancements for AML systems during all phases of the project delivery/production fixes.

- Review and contribute to test planning for SIT and UAT

- Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in DevOps environment.

- Effect system changes into test and production environments by following application change implementation process via the Bitbucket, Jenkins and Aldon change management tools

- Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to raise teams competency level.

- Maintain application infrastructure in Unix/Linux, Windows and Oracle environments

Requirements:

- Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical ability

- Project/system enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry

- Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work

- Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of change delivery or defects fixes work

- Experience in environment setup i.e. Vendor package installation, SSL, Oracle Wallet, Vault, firewall.

- Hands on experience in system interface setup i.e. Connect Direct, SFTP, IBM MQ

- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills

- Strong Java/Shell Scripting knowledge in Unix/Linux/Windows environment

Key responsibilities:

• As a Level 3 Production Support Developer need to Investigate production incidents for root cause; fix defects raised in production environment and support development for CRs.
• Update Jira, Confluence with change details.

This role focuses on IT service delivery, system integration, and application support for key banking payment systems, primarily ATM-FE SEJ, Cheque Truncation System (CTL), and Signature Verification System (SVS). You will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, project implementation, and support across SIT/UAT/Production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Environment & System Setup

• Work with infrastructure teams to prepare servers for application installation.
• Set up SIT/UAT/Production environments, including Control-M jobs, R2W, sFTP, Connect:Direct, etc.
• Install, configure and integrate software packages such as SSM VSS policy files, DN Proview SDEJ, Unisys CTL, SVS.

Testing, Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis

• Perform root cause analysis during SIT, UAT, RORC, working closely with vendors and T&O teams (GIPS, TCOE).
• Support unit testing, issue simulation, and problem diagnosis for ATM and related systems.
• Handle complex system issues and provide technical support to internal teams and vendors.

Documentation & Compliance

• Develop process documents following Bank SDM5 standards.
• Ensure all work is properly documented and handed over to Production Support post‑cutover.
• Stay updated on technological developments in the banking/payment solutions industry.

Project Implementation

• Participate in system builds, coding, scripting, and integration work.
• Support ATM, CTL, SVS vendor code deployment, SIT/UAT coordination, production deployment, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Work with senior developers and system architects to design secure, regulatory‑compliant technical solutions.

Specialized Technical Responsibilities

• Support projects related to:WIN10 ATM platformVynamic Security SuiteVynamicView SDEJMigration to Wintel 2022 and MS SQL 2022 platforms
• Handle ATM network configuration, OLTP programming, batch scripting, and system interfacing.

Core Technical Skills

• ATM, cheque clearing, and signature verification systems experience (IT & operations).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Desktop PC, MS SQL, VB, .NET Framework.
• Experience with OLTP (Online Transaction Processing) for ATM front‑end channels.
• Proficient with file transfer tools: Connect:Direct (C:D), Tectia SSH SFTP.
• Familiarity with ATM end‑point security products.
• Experience supporting Online Payment Solutions and functional testing.
• ITIL certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in financial institutions.
• Strong experience in system integration, system interfacing, and application delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This team is part of the core banking group, responsible for delivering projects and change requests related to:

• ATM systems
• VynamicView software distribution & SDEJ
• Cheque Truncation LockBox (CTL)
• Signature Verification System (SVS)
  It also provides Level 3 BAU support to the Production Support Management team.
