About your role:
In this role, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team responsible for the deployment, optimization, and readiness of PD tools across the Footwear and Equipment organization, serving as the primary interface between PD and Platform teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the preservation and management of organizational knowledge by ensuring the development, maintenance, and updating of SOPs, as well as standardizing internal processes to minimize knowledge loss and ensure continuity.
You will champion the development of technical and nurture future talent, particularly in footwear technology, by promoting targeted training and development initiatives. You will ensure the consistent use of best practices, tools, and processes, translating enterprise frameworks and strategic initiatives into practical, brand-relevant solutions for your team and the broader organization.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited):
Map, standardize, and document internal processes by developing, maintaining, and updating SOPs.
Define, promote, and ensure the consistent and effective use of best practices, tools, and processes across the organization.
Lead the deployment, optimization, and readiness of Product Development tools, serving as the primary liaison between Product Development and Platform teams (e.g., PxM, PSE).
Oversee SMS PO management for all brands, including resolving discrepancies, tracking PR/PO conversion, ensuring PO acknowledgment and system updates, confirming sample packaging, and monitoring shipping and communications with brands/regions.
