JOB OVERVIEW 

Responsible for supporting end-to-end air freight import and export operations for key accounts. This role ensures shipments are executed efficiently, in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and aligned with customer requirements. As the Manager of Supply Chain Operations Excellence, you will design, implement, and scale world-class standard operating procedures (SOPs) across our qCommerce network of dark stores and distribution centers.

Serving as the champion for operational excellence, you will lead continuous optimization efforts to drive measurable improvements across our core supply chain metrics, including reliability, lead time (LT), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, inspections, minor cleaning, assembly/disassembly, and troubleshooting in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals and company procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders to support the production schedule at the cell level.

Requirements

Job Summary

Responsible for converting manual vehicles into AMR/AGV systems and maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting daily operation of AMR/AGV equipment to ensure safe and reliable performance.

Responsibilities

• Convert manual forklifts into AMR/AGV systems by installing automation kits, sensors, controllers, and safety devices
• Perform wiring, mechanical assembly, and system integration to ensure functional AMR/AGV units
• Test, calibrate, and commission AMR/AGV units to meet operational standards
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Respond promptly to system faults and breakdowns to restore safe operations
• Follow safety standards and procedures consistently during all tasks
• Record detailed conversion, testing, and maintenance work for documentation and compliance

Main Responsibilities

Procurement & Procure‑to‑Pay Management

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for Capital, Spares, and Services.

• Execute and manage Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes including delivery follow‑up, budgeting support, cash flow management, and invoice reconciliation.

• Ensure on‑time delivery (OTD) to support network capacity and operational requirements.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned site and network suppliers.

• Perform supplier commercial qualification to support the development of strategic suppliers.

• Maintain collaborative supplier relationships while proactively addressing performance, quality, delivery, and capability gaps.

• Ensure supplier compliance with Micron’s Code of Conduct and corporate social responsibility standards.

The role

An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Omnichannel Operations team, is responsible for coordinating and executing weekly launches, marketplace operations, item master, packing list management and inventory management. The team is also the SAP specialists within the Operations Department and is responsible for order management for local markets. You will be directly responsible for managing orders with vendors, for our country trade partners as well as packing lists to support international expansion, as well as other digital operations within the Omnichannel Operations team.

Main responsibilities :

Packing List Management

• Ensure that the information provided by suppliers in the detailed packing list is correct. Liaise with suppliers to make corrections.
• Track the performance of errors made in the detailed packing list and provide feedback to Sourcing and Production.
• Monthly reports of comparing Purchase quotation and good received to spot any discrepancies on quantities or price, sounding out issues to the production team if any.
• Maintain the repository of all detailed packing lists in a neat and organized manner.
• Create and Update purchase orders in SAP with detailed packing list information in a timely and accurate manner.

Merchandise Operations

• Preparation of order sheet in Airtable for internal country buyers and order sheet management to vendors, in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparation of order sheet for editorial orders , working with creative team and production team on submission
• Updating of launch plan in a timely and accurate manner in order to handover important information to downstream teams
• Optimising processes to improve efficiency and visibility for teams

Assisting in other Omnichannel Operations Tasks

• Support in other Omnichannel Operations tasks in SAP
• Optimising process workflows and working together with SAP consultant to improve task efficiency on SAP

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business or a related field preferred and interest in backend e-commerce operations.
• Past experience in e-commerce, digital operations, order management and inventory will be a plus.
• Skilled in manipulating and analysing data on Excel or Google Sheets.

Preparation of designs and deliverables related to secondary electrical systems for transmission and distribution projects. The tasks may encompass, but are not limited to, the following, depending on project requirements and the design phase:

• Design of protection and control systems, including relay settings, protection schemes, and interlock systems for substations.
• Preparation of single line diagrams (SLDs), protection logic diagrams, metering layouts, and cable termination diagrams.
• Preparation of electrical interconnection diagrams, termination diagrams, cable schedules, and other supporting documentation for the installation and operation of secondary systems.
• Relay coordination studies (overcurrent, earth fault, motor protection, distance protection), including relay setting calculations and fault analysis.
• Power system studies, such as load flow analysis, short circuit studies, transient stability analysis, motor starting studies, and arc flash studies.
• Development of control and relay panel layouts, including general arrangement (GA) drawings, functional block diagrams, and bill of materials (BOMs).
• Design of SCADA communication schemes and system integration for protection systems, ensuring seamless interface between control and field devices.
• Review and verification of design documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, IEEE) and utility specifications.
• Support for commissioning and testing, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and site integration of secondary systems.
• Development of algorithms for enhanced system functionality, such as fault detection, relay coordination, and improving system stability.
• Interdisciplinary coordination, including collaboration with other engineering teams to integrate secondary systems with primary infrastructure.
• Preparation of external connection tables, cable schedules, and other design documentation as required by the project specifications.
