The role

We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketplace and customer operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing across TikTok Shop and the LB e-commerce channel. You will manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy while maintaining precise SAP documentation. A key focus is safeguarding the company through proper handling of payment disputes and timely customer notifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounts and Customer Service, to keep operations running seamlessly. Main responsibilities :

Marketplace Operations (TikTok Shop, SG)

• Monitor order integrations to ensure daily orders flow accurately into WMS and SAP.

What You Will Be Doing

Operational Management

The role

An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Omnichannel Operations team, is responsible for coordinating and executing weekly launches, marketplace operations, item master, packing list management and inventory management. The team is also the SAP specialists within the Operations Department and is responsible for order management for local markets. You will be directly responsible for managing orders with vendors, for our country trade partners as well as packing lists to support international expansion, as well as other digital operations within the Omnichannel Operations team.

Main responsibilities :

Packing List Management

• Ensure that the information provided by suppliers in the detailed packing list is correct. Liaise with suppliers to make corrections.
• Track the performance of errors made in the detailed packing list and provide feedback to Sourcing and Production.
• Monthly reports of comparing Purchase quotation and good received to spot any discrepancies on quantities or price, sounding out issues to the production team if any.
• Maintain the repository of all detailed packing lists in a neat and organized manner.
• Create and Update purchase orders in SAP with detailed packing list information in a timely and accurate manner.

Merchandise Operations

• Preparation of order sheet in Airtable for internal country buyers and order sheet management to vendors, in a timely and accurate manner
• Preparation of order sheet for editorial orders , working with creative team and production team on submission
• Updating of launch plan in a timely and accurate manner in order to handover important information to downstream teams
• Optimising processes to improve efficiency and visibility for teams

Assisting in other Omnichannel Operations Tasks

• Support in other Omnichannel Operations tasks in SAP
• Optimising process workflows and working together with SAP consultant to improve task efficiency on SAP

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business or a related field preferred and interest in backend e-commerce operations.
• Past experience in e-commerce, digital operations, order management and inventory will be a plus.
• Skilled in manipulating and analysing data on Excel or Google Sheets.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a junior freight executive that coordinates international shipments, manages documentation (bills of lading, invoices), and liaises with carriers, customs agents, and clients to ensure timely delivery. Key duties include booking cargo, monitoring transit, updating customers, and resolving operational issues. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and logistics coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shipment Coordination: Manage daily logistics, booking cargo, and scheduling transport for air or sea freight.

2. Documentation Management: Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading, packing lists, invoices) and ensure customs compliance.

3. Customer Service: Proactively track shipments and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring high satisfaction.

4. Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with transporters, port authorities, shipping lines, and airlines for smooth operational flow.

5. Support & Troubleshooting: Assist senior staff with operational tasks and resolve logistical issues to avoid delays

Requirements:

• Education: GCE 'O' Level, ITE, or a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding preferred. (fresh Grad are welcome)

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and high attention to detail.

• Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situation

• Coordinate with internal teams on shipment planning and documentation

• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate to support smooth customer deliveries

• Monitor incoming shipments and follow up on pre-alerts in a timely manner

• Liaise with vendors and transport partners to resolve day-to-day operational issues

• Assist in special projects and provide operational support when required

• Work closely with warehouse partners and transporters to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery
