The Talent

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, freight operations, or operations analytics
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, including pricing conditions, purchase requests, invoicing, and accrual management
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and performance tracking
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills, particularly in working with Finance, logistics partners, and external vendors

Job Description

Operations

• Manage and update freight pricing data and cost records
• Maintain freight and customs duty parameters within SAP
• Validate freight invoices against shipment records and agreed commercial terms
• Monitor, reconcile, and report outstanding freight accruals on a monthly basis in coordination with Finance
• Raise and track purchase requests in SAP through to successful payment
• Coordinate with shipping associations, carriers, and freight forwarders on operational matters

Analysis, Reporting & Projects

• Produce monthly performance dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations, including cost and accrual tracking
• Compile and consolidate the annual sustainability report across all business entities
• Aggregate, analyse, and report monthly distribution cost forecasts from multiple entities
• Build and maintain scalable reporting frameworks to monitor performance against operational plans
• Collect stakeholder input and contribute to continuous improvement of freight, warehouse, and global logistics processes
• Act as the logistics point of contact for global manufacturing and supply chain initiatives, leading or supporting cross-functional projects

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).

Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is advantageous.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Exposure to ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
