Salary : $3,000 - $4,000
Working Day: 5.5 days 
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm ; Sat  9am - 1pm

Job Scope

• Lead and manage the workshop operations in terms of vehicle diagnosis and repair services. Determine the work prioritization and to allocate work and support technicians for all workshop tasks in the most efficient and effective way.
• Ensure that the workshop premises are properly always maintained and clean.
• To ensure a high service standard & quality workmanship provided to our customers.
• Maintains appropriate service and repair records and stock inventory records.
• Ensure technicians write up a work order and attend to technical queries.
• Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service.
• To mentor and provide training and/or guidance to fellow colleagues.
• To maintain workplace harmonious among staffs and bring positive impact to fellow colleagues.
• Oversee and manage technicians so that appropriate information, instruction, training and guidance are provided when required.
• Liaise with Sales, Accounts, Parts or Management staff as required.
• Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of staff and customers in the workshop. To carry out and document health and safety checks.
• Responsible for the premise security and efficient running of the workshop and to consider improvements and efficiencies wherever possible.
• Organize appointments, collections, transportation and support for the workshop where required.
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for outsourced works and purchase of parts.
• Responsible for the workshop inventory and equipment.
• Assist and serves as a backup to other departments where the need arises.

Requirement

• Minimum qualification of Nitec / Higher Nitec in Automotive Technology or related
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Automotive repairs and workflow in workshop environment.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

Position Summary :

This role focused entirely on the air freight supply chain, customs compliance, and vendor management.

Job Responsibilities

· Handle air import operations dealing with air cargo clearance, warehouse and transport operations.

· Knowledge on every aspect of ground handlers’ mode of operations.

· Knowledge on Singapore Customs and Controlling Agencies Regulatory requirements.

· Manage our service partners handling our cargo terminal clearance, warehouse cargo receiving & releasing, transportation and Import Customs permit declaration vendor and regulatory Agencies permits submission and approval.

· Monitor and closely liaise with the service providers on the handling of project shipments from arrival clearance to Proof of Delivery/Acceptance.

· Enforce strict cargo safety and security measures based on customers own SOP and other accreditation bodies.

· Work closely with the customer service team for a smooth service deliveries and commitments.

· Analyze and maintain records on direct cost billing invoices on jobs performed by our service providers

· Work on weekends and night when required.

· Knowledge on incident reporting and report i.e., 8D (problem solving methods-8 disciplines) and Corrective Action Report.

Job Requirements

· IT savy and comfortable using or learning software

· Team Player and also work independently

· Detail oriented, meticulous and self-motivated

· Result driven and committed to meet deadline

· Candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant airside experience, with a strong understanding of cargo operations, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation, customs requirements, and carrier operations.
• Ability to manage daily operations effectively, resolve operational issues, and support customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills inworking with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and internal departments.
• Team player with a proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.
