1.      Inventory management

• Responsible for the long-term forecasting
• Confirmation of purchase orders for all raw materials and equipment
• Establish sound inventory management standards to optimize functional costs across Operations, Logistics and Procurement
• Collaborate with third-party logistics partners for warehousing, fulfilment, storage cost and reverse logistics

2.      Compliance

• Ensure overall quality meets regulatory& compliances

3.      Freight forwarding

• Freight Forwarder Management
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for inbound, import, and export operations
• Negotiate shipping schedules and freight rates to ensure cost effective transportation of goods

4.      Procurement

• In-charge of localizing core and non-core goods (subject to review by Headquarters)
• Perform direct procurement activities

6. System and Process Optimization:

• Utilize inventory management software to track and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance inventory management.
• Continuously optimize warehouse and logistics operations processes to improve overall operational efficiency and reduce operational costs.

7. Risk Management

• Monitor inventory for any potential risks, such as expiration dates, damages, or obsolescence.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and reduce inventory holding costs.

8.   New Product launch

• Coordinating with China Headquarters assisting in the launch of new products.
• Perform new product survey related project.

9. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in supply chain management are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in logistics and supply chain management.
