Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Executive to manage procurement and supply chain operations, overseeing the end-to-end process of identifying, evaluating, and acquiring goods and services to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment aligned with business goals
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and price competitiveness to ensure optimal supply chain performance
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure favorable conditions for the organization
- Manage supplier relationships to maintain consistent performance and ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyze market trends, perform cost analysis, and track supplier performance metrics to inform sourcing decisions
- Collaborate with finance, production, and quality assurance teams to align sourcing objectives with company goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in supplier relationship management and contract administration
- Knowledge of cost optimization, market research, and supply chain management principles
- Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes
- Experience with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Understanding of ISO/quality systems and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective cross-functional collaboration
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities applied in procurement contexts
