Duties of Sales Application Engineer:

• Translate customer requirements into optimized fan selections and digital system solutions
• Ensure proposals comply with Singapore energy standards (e.g., SS 530) and BCA sustainability guidelines
• Conduct energy baseline assessments and demonstrate savings using digital tools and ROI simulations
• Support clients in meeting Green Mark and energy audit requirements
• Deliver virtual audits, product demos, and cross-border technical consultations across SEA
• Identify and develop sales opportunities, including tailored sales strategies
• Support system commissioning and provide technical guidance to customers
• Train users on digital platforms, dashboards, and system optimization
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular engagement and presentations
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering field
• Min 3 years of experience in HVAC
• Familiar with BCA regulations.

• Provide day-to-day application support (BAU) for PowerBuilder-based systems to ensure smooth business operations
• Perform production support and incident resolution, including troubleshooting application and system issues
• Analyze root causes and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Enhance and maintain PowerBuilder UI components to improve usability and performance
• Manage and implement change requests, including impact analysis, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with business users and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and system design updates
• Ensure timely resolution of issues while adhering to SLA and support processes
• Support system testing, UAT, and production releases

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in PowerBuilder development
• Strong expertise in PowerBuilder UI design and enhancement
• Experience with production troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Knowledge of change request management processes
• Proficiency in technical documentation and process flow creation
