ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Champion Innovation and Cost Efficiency: Collaboratively integrate advanced testing technologies, research, and adopt cost-saving solutions like Test Time Reduction (TTR) and new test platforms, driving CAPEX reduction. Continuously improve test programs and test infrastructure to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Technical Expertise and Support: Provide leadership in electrical failure analysis (EFA), exploring new test method/EFA technique to address RMAs, production, reliability, and DPPM improvement. Analyze test results and deliver reports to stakeholders with actionable insights for improvement.
• Technical Communication and Documentation: Develop and deliver clear, concise technical reports and documentation, including EFA, work instructions, test equipment guidelines, test reports, and specifications.
• NPI Support: Lead NPI projects, ensuring smooth transfer of test technology to mass production.
• Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and facilitate knowledge transfer through technical training.

As a Test Engineer - Process, you will lead the Project improvement in Burn In area, and support execution and manufacturing issues related to Test Process, and continue improve manufacturing issues with new ideas from time to time through close collaboration across teams and disciplines. In addition, you'll drive Test Process improvements to make our systems more robust and scalable via systematic and proper tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and sustain burn-in manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance.
• Monitor burn-in process health, yield trends, uptime, and quality indicators.
• Analyze yield excursions, failures, and process deviations using data-driven methodologies.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve burn-in efficiency, reliability screening effectiveness, and cost reduction.
• Provide timely disposition and technical support for production issues impacting shipment and manufacturing flow.
• Support lot handling, disposition decisions, and recovery actions during abnormal events.
• Support qualification and release of new products into burn-in manufacturing.
• Partner closely with product managers, NPI engineers, Assembly engineers, Manufacturing supervisor and QA to scope, plan, design, and build new features as well as maintain existing functionality.
• Generate and maintain SOPs, OCAPs, FMEA, control plans, and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, ESD requirements, and quality management systems
• Participate in audits and customer quality reviews as required.
• Leverage your experience and knowledge to grow your teammates’ technical breadth and depth through direct coaching and mentoring

• Responsible as the line/process quality for the Sensors and ASICs production line. Ensure the line/process is complied with quality requirements. Interfacing with Process/ Equipment Engineer.
• Responsible for the product quality for Sensors and ASICs, internally and externally, including incoming product quality issues and customer issues. Interfacing with Product Engineer, Simultaneous Engineering (SE) Team, Central Customer Quality Engineer and/or Central Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Responsible to key in report, generate quality notification in SAP such as Q-Info, Delivery Release and QM-View.
• Responsible for the problem-solving coordination and moderation for the quality issue internally and externally as Problem Solving Expert.
• Responsible as the SPC coordinator for the Sensors and ASICs line.
• Support as PgP5 Internal Auditor, including audit execution, closing and effectiveness verification of audits focus on IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Support any external/customer audits, including follow-up and closing of related OPL.
• Support department 6S activity.
• Support change management 4M checklist verification.
• Support lessons learned activity. Sharing input to the lesson learned plant coordinator. 
• Support MSA study, including review of MSA study reported by Process/Equipment Engineer.
• Support Daily Leadership Meeting for any quality issue regarding Sensors and ASICs line.
• Responsible for return materials to supplier, including the improvement of the return process.
• Responsible for IB process for return material from customers.
• Responsible for continuous improvement in the area of responsibility.
• Execute any other related duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for product development and high volume SSD manufacturing is desired.
• Perform manufacturing yield evaluation and data analysis for yield improvement.
• Responsible for prepare, validate and release test package to Agile system.
• Responsible for Failure Analysis of products to meet yield goals and quality targets.
• Interfaces with core team (FW/HW) as well as internal team to solve problems.
• Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
• Participate & contribute in tester/infrastructure and process improvements.
• Ability to read the electrical schematic diagram is an advantage.
• Work closely with departments within the company to ensure product able to meet the delivery timeline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Maintain, improve, and develop QA/QC program as defined in the Company’s Quality Policy standard and control plan.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems, policies, procedures, specifications, forms, checklists, reports, etc., for services, incoming material, and factory assembly, testing and shipping.
• Lead on Quality incident 8D. Investigate quality problems by reviewing quality trends, tracking the root cause(s) of the problem(s), coordinating corrective actions, and implanting appropriate adjustments. Resolve inquires to satisfaction in a professional, timely manner, responding verbally and/or in writing.
• Implement preventive actions to reduce and/or prevent quality problems.

Act as the primary technical owner for product performance in both NPI and High Volume Manufacturing.

• Optimize Test Strategies: Design and execute efficient test plans, test time, yield, and quality to meet factory financial goals. Identify cost-effective testing methods through troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and Collaborate on Engineering Solutions: Lead and implement innovative engineering solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success under competitive timeline.
