• Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and align with business agreements to achieve line rejection KPIs
• Conduct analysis on internal defects and drive improvement actions with relevant stakeholders
• Support the Quality System Lead in ISO implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support certification requirements as specified by customers

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant server rack manufacturing experience
• Ability to work effectively with customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, and management
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving quality issues with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to provide constructive solutions and recommendations
• Good knowledge of ISO standards and customer audit processes
