• Responsible in managing, processing and reviewing the KYC information and documents for client on-boarding or periodic review

• Follow thoroughly the CDD and KYC review with relevant parties e.g. external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collection of KYC and relevant documents including tax information/documents and ensuring clients are onboarded or account information are refreshed/updated in accordance with the company’s AML/KYC standards

• Perform AML Risk Assessment on both account opening and periodic reviews of existing relationships. This includes reviewing the adequacy of SOW/SOF corroboration and identifying any AML risk

• Adhering to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and keep abreast of changes to any regulatory requirements on AML/CFT and identify risk mitigates

• Ensuring established policies, procedures and processes are compliant with new requirements/changes and consistency of workflows amongst team members

• Participate in quality assurance processes for completed KYC profiles, ensuring all activities are documented and completed within designated deadlines.

• Assist with various ad-hoc regulatory-driven projects, process improvement initiatives, and general administrative/operational tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance, or similar

• Knowledge on regulatory requirements/guidelines and KYC procedures and corroboration of SOW/SOF for high-net-worth clients will be an advantage

Job Purpose:

• Ensures that raw materials and other materials are sampled, handled, documented, stored, and issued in full compliance with GMP and data integrity standards.
• Execute precise sampling operations that directly support manufacturing and quality release activities while upholding the highest pharmaceutical quality and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities

Quality Control Sampling Responsibilities

• Perform sampling of raw materials, One-time-use technologies and consumables in strict accordance with approved SOPs, sampling plans, and GMP requirements.
• Apply validated sampling techniques and equipment (e.g., sampling thieves, scoops, syringes) to ensure representative samples while minimizing contamination risks.
• Accurately label, document, and segregate samples, including batch numbers, dates, quantities, storage conditions.
• Conduct visual inspections during sampling and report any deviations, abnormalities, or out-of-specification observations immediately.
• Lead or contribute to investigations of sampling-related deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, or complaints, including root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Maintain sampling records, logbooks, and electronic systems (e.g., LIMS, SAP, or equivalent) in full compliance with ALCOA+ principles.
• Ensure personal hygiene, room disinfection, gowning, and ongoing training compliance for GMP-regulated areas.

Logistics & Warehouse Operations Support Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, quarantine, storage, and distribution of incoming QC samples (internal and external) while adhering to GDP and GMP storage conditions (e.g., 2–8°C, ambient, frozen).
• Manage outbound sample shipments to external testing labs, stability chambers, or contract manufacturers, including preparation of documentation, temperature-controlled packaging, and carrier coordination.
• Maintain inventory of sampling consumables and logistics supplies; initiate orders and perform reconciliations as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transport partners to ensure seamless sample flow and compliance with applicable import/export regulations.
• Support kitting, staging, and material issuance for manufacturing and QC activities.

Documentation & Systems Responsibilities

• Accurately execute transactions in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP EWM, iSHIFT, or equivalent).
• Maintain complete and traceable records for sampling logs, inventory movements, temperature monitoring, checklists, and other documentation.
• Ensure all records and transactions are completed in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a closely related scientific/technical field
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment, with direct involvement in quality control sampling, sample management, materials handling, warehouse operations, or logistics support.
• Good working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), data integrity principles (ALCOA+), and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, WHO, EU GMP Annexes, or equivalent).
• Proven hands-on experience in sampling techniques for raw materials, One-time-use technologies and consumable including aseptic practices and cleanroom operations where applicable
• Familiarity with knowledge of electronic systems for documentation and transactions (e.g., ERP platforms such as SAP, Laboratory Information Management Systems – LIMS – or equivalent); ability to learn new systems quickly in a greenfield environment.

You'll be a key technical voice in a Performance Assurance team responsible for keeping mission-critical sites running at peak reliability across our international portfolio. You'll travel across APAC and global locations (~50% of the time), see the equipment in real operating conditions, and turn what you measure into decisions that protect tens of millions of dollars of mission-critical assets.

If you've spent your career so far in a refinery, power plant, semiconductor fab, petrochemical facility, utility, or another high-stakes industrial environment — and you're ready to apply that mission-critical mindset to one of the most demanding compute infrastructures in the world — this is the role you've been training for, even if you didn't know it.

Responsibilities

• Own the power quality and asset reliability monitoring program for global data centre and critical power systems, supporting Tier III/IV-class availability
• Travel to sites to install, commission, and run long-term and ad-hoc monitoring using professional-grade analysers (Fluke, Dranetz, Hioki, PQube, Schneider ION, or equivalent) — capturing voltage, frequency, harmonics, three-phase imbalance, flicker, and voltage dip/swell data
• Turn raw data into operational decisions using Python, MATLAB, or advanced Excel — running 95th-percentile evaluations, exceedance analysis, event waveform reviews, and trend reports aligned with IEC 61000 and related international standards

• Be the in-house technical authority on power quality and asset reliability — running internal training, briefing operations and project teams, and tracking how international standards are evolving

Requirements

• 5–10 years of hands-on engineering experience in mission-critical industrial environments
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, High Voltage, or related discipline.
• Solid grounding in HV/LV electrical systems — switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, ATS, motors, VSDs, protection systems.
• Comfortable with — or willing to deepen — your hands-on use of professional power quality analysers (Fluke 435/1760/174 or equivalent). Even if your current role doesn't have you running them daily, you understand the measurement principles and want to grow this specialism
• Familiarity with IEC 61000-4-30, IEEE 519, EN 50160 or equivalent international PQ standards.
