We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage the full procurement cycle for an electronics manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Negotiation

Requirements

• Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a related industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Role Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain roles.

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).

• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.

• Experience with chemicals or process manufacturing industry.

• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data analytics.

• Experience improving processes or implementing system improvements.

• Strong ownership of procurement and material availability outcomes.

• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Job Description & Requirements Warehouse Executive Working Location: Tai Seng 5.5 days a week Basic Salary: $2200 - $2800 (subject to qualification and experience) Monthly Gross Salary: $3200- $4000++ Job Description: monitor and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods. Ensure all operations comply with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation of warehouse activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy. Organize and allocate stocks and materials in the correct storage areas. Report any discrepancies or damaged goods promptly.
