• Support the processing of warranty and insurance claims.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, shipping, and logistics documentation.

Qualifications:

• Basic experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with inventory systems (e.g. Syspro) is an added advantage
• Able to perform physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment where required
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills
