Job Summary
You will oversee warehouse and incoming logistics operations, managing inventory, MES systems, production schedules, and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met to support efficient manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and planning to ensure timely, accurate shipment execution
- Conduct inventory and stock checks to maintain stock accuracy and integrity
- Maintain warehouse, materials, equipment, and resources to high standards of housekeeping and safety
- Monitor workflow processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement operational improvements
- Attend and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Generate daily operational reports and maintain essential documentation for traceability
- Ensure all purchased goods and services meet required quality standards
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in warehouse and logistics activities
