Job Responsibilities:

· Excel in writing - press releases, media advisories, speeches as well as any other necessary documents and reports

· Execute day-to-day campaign activities to ensure client's deadlines, targets and deliverables are met

· Proposal research, preparation, presentation

· Social media campaign conceptualisation, execution, management and analysis

· Conceptualise, write, and oversee the production of high-quality social content.

· Manage influencer and creator collaborations from sourcing to negotiation and post-analysis.

· Stay updated on new platform features, trending formats, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks.

· Media monitoring and reporting

· Maintain accurate records & documentation pertaining to account/client’s projects

· Assist with any logistical or event conceptualisation and management support

· Provide administrative support for accounts under your care

Job Pre-Requisites:

· Fresh graduates with mass communications/marketing degree or candidates with at least three years of relevant working experience in PR, Social Media, (Digital) Marketing or Journalism will be considered for the Executive roles respectively.

· Candidates with four years and above of relevant working experience in PR, Social Media, (Digital) Marketing or Journalism will be considered for the Senior Executive & (Asst.) Manager roles.

Overview

Gusto Collective Singapore (formerly known as Mercury Integrated) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a passion to lead and mentor. Your areas of focus will be:

● Account Lead: Lead and drive account teams and provide support in the development and implementation of integrated communications campaigns using traditional, social and digital tools.

● Client Servicing: Client leadership role providing day-to-day consultancy and client management through close collaboration to support clients’ business objectives and targets for the market. Oversee, track, and review all campaign results to ensure client satisfaction.

● Strategy: Conceptualisation, development, and execution of strategic 360-degree communication plans (with measurable objectives)

● PR: Devise and drive strategy for media pitching, identify and pitch compelling stories and features, provide counsel to spokespersons, manage and resolve crisis when required, and oversee and assist in sample management for fashion brands.

● Social: Implement strategies that push creative boundaries for social media campaigns, identify suitable content creators/collaborators, plan and lead content production with partners and various teams to deliver effective content across social networks.

● Content: Development of key messages and ensure consistency and accuracy of content and marketing collaterals including press release, bios, fact sheet, social media campaign briefs, press kits, website copy, etc.

● Event Management: Assist and work closely with events team to conceptualise events that best suits client’s brief, development of event flow and on-site manpower requirement.

● New Business: Take new business briefs, develop proposals, assess feasibility and identify working teams based on manpower and suitability. Drive and support new and creative growth strategies

● Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders including media, social media influencers, clients (existing and potential), and industry partners.

● Team Management & Mentorship: Contribute to a positive team environment and serve as a direct manager to junior teammates by providing advice and feedback to help them grow, develop their potential, and advance in their careers at Gusto Collective Singapore.

You will need:

● A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university

● At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Communications and/or PR. Previous agency experience with proven track record in client satisfaction is a plus

● A good understanding of global and industry trends in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

● Good leadership skills with ability to drive and lead projects, and mentor, nurture, inspire, motivate, and empower teams

● Strong team management experience
