Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage in-house event venues, including event planning and execution support for client and internal events.
• Support event organizers end-to-end, ensuring compliance with office, safety, and venue requirements.
• Manage event logistics, including catering, setup, security coordination, printing, and stakeholder management.
• Oversee event spaces, facilities, furniture, and IT equipment, and coordinate repairs where required.
• Manage venue chargebacks, review vendor invoices, and support financial reporting activities.
• Provide lunch-break coverage for reception and backup support for office services operations.
• Support daily workplace experience and ad hoc operational activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in workplace experience, office operations, hospitality, facilities management, or event management.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple events and operational activities concurrently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
