REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 7.5+ years
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Development specializing in CMDB,ITOM and ServiceNow

As an Engineer in Micron’s HBM Component Validation team, you will contribute to validation execution for advanced HBM products, ensuring zero validation misses across MBIST and Native test modes. This role focuses on hands-on test execution, data analysis, and Verilog simulation support in a fast-paced environment, while building expertise in high-speed memory validation and automation.
 

Responsibilities

• Validation Execution

• Assist in executing Validation Runs on IQP/ETV materials under defined timelines, ensuring coverage completeness across MBIST and Native Mode flows.

• Support time-bound data crunching (log parsing, statistical summaries) and contribute to summary report preparation.

• Platform & Test Program Support

• Operate and debug programs on SM3/Cobra (MBIST) and Advantest V93K (Native).
