Manage Front Desk duties with customer service mindset meeting

 Answer phone calls, attend to walk-in visitors, takes messages,

responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a

 Handle daily varied demands and queries from parents/students/

 Render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including

sick and injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in

the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases

 Handle/support situation when students’ vomit, soiled their clothes

 Assist student in times of need, eg lost & found

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
• Greet and welcome guests, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
