Job Scope

• To attend / carry out various types of survey on board ships and sites on cargo, cargo measuring equipment and marine related activities.
• To perform marine survey onboard vessels and cargo inspection on sites in order to assess and report on their condition for insurance claim.
• To verify the equipment onboard vessel to ensure compliance with various standards or specifications.

Job Requirement

• Nitec/ITE related in Marine or Diploma in Nautical, Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering or Marine related from a local polytechnic/private institution.
• Experience onboard vessel will be an advantage such as Ex-Sea farers, Ex-Navy, Ex-PCG (police coast guard) and Ex-SCDF (marine)

Job Summary

Execute land surveying projects by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with engineers and architects to meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute land and property surveys according to project requirements to provide accurate site data
• Supervise survey operations and coordinate with construction and design teams using approved plans to meet client specifications
• Examine historical survey records to verify data accuracy and support project decisions
• Research and develop improved survey methods to enhance process efficiency and accuracy
• Operate and apply survey equipment and tools to measure land features precisely, including longitudes and latitudes

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Land Surveying or equivalent or NCCS
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building and infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying methods, setting out works, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and use of modern survey instruments (e.g., total station, GPS).
• Familiar with local authority requirements and industry standards in Singapore.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Assist Contracts Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor with the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

·       Review and finalize main contract documents.

·       Invitation, tabulation and negotiation ofquotations, and preparation of sub-contract agreements.

·       Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims toclients/ main contractors and recommendation of interim payments forsub-contractors.

·       Responsible for claims, variations orders, budget,cost estimation and monitoring.

·       Site assessment and measurement of work done.

·       Finalizing of accounts immediately after project completion.

·       All contract administration, correspondences and documentation works.

·       Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time or on ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:
