•      Proven track record managing a portfolio of tenants through the full tenancy lifecycle.

•      Solid understanding of lease documentation processes: LOO, LA, Novation, Deed of Surrender, e-stamping, and stamp duty.

•      Experience in GTO monitoring, tenancy mix planning, and vacancy management.

•      Comfortable working with external real estate agents and managing agent relationships to source and secure tenancies.

•      Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to manage tenant and agent relationships with professionalism and authority.

•      Proficient in tenancy reporting and comfortable with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

•      Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.

•      A real estate agency licence is not required for this role.

Candidates from structured property management environments (REITs, mall operators, property owners) are strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who thinks like a landlord — focused on asset quality, tenant fit, and long-term relationship management.
