Registered as a charity under the Charities Act of Singapore, Daughters Of Tomorrow (DOT) complements and supports existing training and workforce-related agencies by connecting volunteers and community resources to enable each woman on an individual level. About the Role

We are looking for a partnerships-driven and strategic team player who believes in the power of women’s economic empowerment and is excited to help grow a community of donors, partners, and advocates around DOT’s mission.

This is a role that goes beyond conventional fundraising and transactions. At DOT, fundraising is deeply relational. It is about building trust, cultivating community, and helping donors and partners understand the very real human stories behind the work we do. Working closely with the CEO and Head of Advancement, you will help connect people to purpose, and partnerships to impact.

Responsibilities

Fundraising & Partnerships Development

·      Actively support the development and execution of fundraising strategies to grow sustainable income streams across but not limited to foundations, corporate donors, grant-makers, individual donors, legacy giving, digital fundraising campaigns, and community and peer-to-peer fundraising;

·      Identify and pursue new donor and partnership opportunities aligned with DOT’s mission and values, maintaining a healthy pipeline for sustained funding growth;

·      Support annual budgeting, forecasting and reporting, highlighting new or changing operational needs that require manpower, budgetary and strategic provisions to the Head of Advancement;

·      Track fundraising performance, prepare reports, and analyse donation and supporter insights to improve engagement strategies and for Board and Management reporting; and

·      Jointly manage fundraising budget in accordance with charity regulations

Donor & Partner Stewardship

·      Develop thoughtful donor and partner engagement journeys that strengthen retention and long-term support, including the conversion of volunteers into donors and advocates for DOT;

·      Ensure donors and supporters feel connected to DOT’s mission through authentic storytelling and impact communications;

·      Maintain accurate donor records and support CRM management and reporting, ensuring due compliance with the requirements of PDPA;

·      Manage fundraising campaigns and events with the view to build long-term partnerships with individuals and corporates;

·      Maintain proper records and conduct due diligence checks including setting up agreements with corporate and individual fundraisers as part of regulatory compliance; and

·      Proactive donor/funder relationship management including the provision of accurate and timely impact/grant reporting, engagement of funders in CSR activities, donor appreciation etc.

Advocacy & Communications

·       Understand, influence and synergize fundraising and communications plans;

·      Work closely with Communications to develop new ideas and effective strategies to improve lead generation for fundraising and provide support for advocacy topics;

·      Support Communications by providing contents for social media engagement, collaterals including Annual Reports and any communications activities, keeping engagement strong with our supporters and stakeholders;

·      Work closely with Programs & Operations and Communications to develop effective pitches for advocacy and fundraising, including the preparation of partnership proposals, pitch decks, impact reports, grant applications and any other stewardship materials as required; and

·      Represent DOT professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunities

Campaigns and Events Management

·      Strengthen supporter relationships by planning appreciation gestures including corporate mixers, appreciation luncheons, etc.;

·      Conceptualize, plan and execute fundraising events including International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day Carnival, DOT Gala, DOT Golf Fundraiser or any other fundraiser that may be required or as directed, liaising with vendors and ensuring events are executed within approved budgets and in compliance with charity regulations; and

·      Support DOT events including poverty sensitization workshops to connect supporters to purpose and impact

Governance & Operations

·      Ensure fundraising practices and funds usage comply with statutory regulations, governance requirements, and donor confidentiality standards;

·      Work closely with Finance to ensure quotations, invoicing and tax- deductible receipts are done in accordance to governance and compliance requirements;

·      Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements across different teams internally and relevant external stakeholders to help achieve the goals of the organization;

·      Support the Head of Advancement in planning and organizing the Strategic Partnerships Development Committee meetings and preparing the relevant reports and minutes of the meetings;

·      Drive development and improvement of processes related to fundraising and impact reporting so that efficiency and productivity gains can be attained;

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Full P&L Ownership

Own and manage the full Profit & Loss for the FoodService channel.

Monitor revenue, COGS, logistics costs, trade spend,and profitability.

Optimize pricing to balance competitiveness and marginobjectives.

2. Distributor Management

Monitor distributor performance on a monthly basis(sell-out volumes, distribution points, account gains/losses, stock levels).

Conduct regular business reviews (monthly/quarterly)to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities.

Define clear annual KPIs (volume targets, pricingstrategy, coverage objectives).

Develop distributor capabilities through training(product knowledge, sales tools, dairy applications).

3. Key Account Management

Manage and grow strategic accounts (QSR, internationalhotel chains, premium restaurants, coffee chains, bakeries).

Build joint business plans to drive volume growth andcategory penetration.

Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions (LTOs), menulistings, and contracts.

Identify and develop new dairy applicationopportunities (cheese, cream, butter, milk-based solutions).

4. Customer Relationship Management

Conduct regular customer visits to strengthenrelationships and identify opportunities.

Engage chefs, F&B managers, and procurementthrough consultative selling.

Provide product training and technical support (e.g.,cheese applications, cream performance).

Participate in industry events, networking sessions,and trade fairs.

Ensure high responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

5. Forecasting & Order Management

Develop accurate demand forecasts based on trends,seasonality, and market insights.

Collaborate closely with supply chain to ensureproduct availability and avoid stock-outs/overstock.

Track customer ordering patterns and proactivelyadjust forecasts.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterlysales reports.

Analyze performance vs. budget, prior year, andtargets.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations tomanagement.

Maintain CRM accuracy (pipeline, customers,opportunities).

Track distributor performance, promotions, and ROI.

7. Market & Competitor Analysis

Monitor local dairy market trends (pricing,consumption, innovation).

Conduct competitive benchmarking (product range,pricing, positioning, promotions).

Identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.

Stay updated on regulatory changes, import conditions,and food trends in Singapore.

Gather customer insights to anticipate marketevolution.

8. Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute channel-specific marketing plansaligned with regional/global strategy.

Launch new products, based on market data and usersinsights

Collaborate with marketing teams on branding andactivation.

Drive trade marketing initiatives (chef demos,sampling, trade shows such as FHA Singapore).

Adapt value propositions by segment (fine dining,bakery, café chains, QSR).

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in Food Service(F&B / dairy preferred).

Strong knowledge of the Singapore market.

Job Description:

• Liaise with Director & Project Team to resolve any contractual disputes arising in the projects. Investigate and resolve or refer as appropriate disputes/complaints in accordance with contractual requirements in a timely manner
• Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers on project requirements.
• Oversee overall planning and execution to ensure optimization of resources and manpower
• Initiate, co-ordinate and oversee the interactions with the various involved disciplines/personnel to support the project
• Provide support in administering the main contract.
• Responsible for full QS work including valuation, submission of variation works, budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments, and settlement of final accounts, working with procurement team on the administration of projects.
• Assist to prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.
• Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategy.
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Value completed work and make progress claims.
• Track of any variations for ongoing projects that may affect costs.
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Prepare and submit catalogues and sample boards.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HOD’s.

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in residential and industrial projects.
• Good working knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical.
• Good knowledge of Singapore health and safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to use software tools for costing and budgeting.
• Organizational skill with attention to detail, adaptable and flexible.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and demonstrate initiative and commitment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processing guest check-ins and room assignments following hotel’s rate structures, discounts, sell/upsell strategies and accommodate to special requests whenever possible
