• Ability to monitor handover progress, renovation works, and outlet opening schedules.
• Strong accountability to follow through from site sourcing to outlet commencement.
• Ability to identify and escalate issues early to avoid delays or disruptions.

Language Requirements

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for business communication, tenancy negotiations, and documentation.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking landlords, agents, contractors, and stakeholders where required.
• Ability to communicate in additional dialects or languages will be an added advantage.
