[What the role is]

As a Digital Solution Engineer or Senior Digital Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and ongoing support of both delivered and customised application systems. You will collaborate closely with business users to understand their needs and provide recommendations for application enhancements, as well as take ownership of designing and developing new functional modules and subsystems to address business requirements.

The primary role of a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) at an HDB Building Service Centre (BSC) is to serve as the main point of contact for residents regarding project-related matters, primarily housing defects and resident feedback.
