Role Summary
The General Manager Strategic Accounts will lead enterprise growth and key client relationships for Bizom across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, large-scale account management, and regional market expansion.
The role is critical to establishing and scaling Bizom’s presence in Singapore as a strategic hub, managing multi-million-dollar enterprise relationships, and driving cross-border revenue growth. The position demands specialized knowledge of retail intelligence platforms, distributor management systems, and enterprise digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion
- Lead Bizom’s strategic account growth in Singapore and APAC markets
- Establish Singapore as a regional hub for enterprise client engagement
- Define and execute GTM strategies for large enterprise clients across multiple countries
- Drive regional expansion through high-value partnerships and enterprise deals
2. Enterprise Account Ownership
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large, complex, multi-country enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain senior executive (C-suite) relationships across client organizations
- Design and implement long-term digital transformation roadmaps for clients using Bizom’s platform
- Ensure high retention, expansion, and lifetime value of strategic accounts
3. Revenue & Commercial Excellence
- Own revenue targets for strategic accounts across APAC
- Drive multi-million-dollar deal closures, renewals, and contract negotiations
- Lead complex commercial structuring involving cross-border contracts and compliance
- Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts for expansion
4. Cross-functional & GlobalCollaboration
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Act as a key liaison between global leadership and regional operations
- Influence product roadmap based on enterprise client requirements in APAC markets
5. Governance, Compliance &Reporting
- Ensure adherence to Singapore and regional business regulations
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and executive reporting
- Represent Bizom in industry forums, enterprise events, and strategic discussions
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA preferred
- 10–18+ years of progressive experience in enterprise SaaS sales / strategic account management
- Demonstrated experience managing large multinational enterprise clients across APAC
- Proven track record of closing high-value (multi-million USD) deals
- Strong expertise in retail technology, FMCG distribution, or digital transformation platforms
- Prior experience working in cross-border business environments and regional leadership roles
- Ability to operate at executive level with global stakeholders
