What you’ll be doing

• Manage and maintain the reception area, studio entrances and wider office environment, ensuring all spaces are clean, organised and present a professional image

About the Role

We are looking for a mature and reliable Operations Executive to join Elements Wellness. This role covers stock management, supplier ordering, outlet coordination, and general admin. You will work closely with outlet managers and the management team. We need someone who is organised, takes ownership, and responsible.

What You Will Do:

Stock & Inventory

• Collect and process monthly stock requisitions from each outlet
• Arrange delivery of stocks and inventory to the correct outlet in a timely manner
• Place orders when stock is running low; make sure the right items go to the right outlet

Based in our Singapore APAC Headquarters, the VP of Client Operations is the operational backbone of our regional client business. You will oversee a dynamic region with a primary focus on Australia, China, Japan, India, Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore and oversee a team of ~450 professionals.

As a key strategic partner to the APAC Client President, you will lead, motivate, and mentor a specialised team of 15 operations professionals. Your mandate is to drive commercial profitability, engineer flawless campaign workflows (with a strong focus on AI integration), and champion operational effectiveness across diverse and complex markets.

Responsibilities

Commercial Management & Strategy

• Own, craft, and execute the regional commercial agreements and strategies.
• Balance the delivery of the client’s business goals with the agency’s requirements for financial stability, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and ensure staffing plans and resource models are financially viable and optimised.

Workflow Management & Risk Mitigation

• Architect and oversee the end-to-end campaign delivery process across the APAC region, ensuring adherence to global best practices.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate revenue risks, operational bottlenecks, and campaign incidents.
• Drive the integration of AI tools and automation into daily workflows to future-proof campaign execution.

Operational Effectiveness & Innovation

• Continuously identify and strategise new, agile ways of working that deliver tangible time savings and elevated output.
• Streamline the existing team structures and processes without compromising the agency’s commercial performance or the quality of client deliverables.
• Lead regional change management initiatives, ensuring local markets adopt and thrive under new operational frameworks.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a regional team of 15 operations specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, positivity, and continuous improvement.
• Navigate a highly matrixed global organisation, aligning regional operational realities with global strategic directives.

Skills and Experience 

• 15+ years of senior-level experience within media agencies, managing operations for large, multi-national clients.
• Deep understanding of the APAC media landscape and the nuances of operating across diverse cultural markets.

We are looking for an intern to join our operations team. You will be supporting instructions of client deliverables, product coding and data input validation focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g. Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As an operations intern at NIQ, you create and deliver client outputs in a correct and timely manner.

• Ensures data integrity during data processing.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of data processed.
• Assist to resolve and check any quality issues raised by supervisors/clients.
• Maintain positive working relationships and open communication with across relevant Operations teams to ensure delivery to client expectations and satisfaction.
• Ensure that the company’s regional and global standards are always adhered to all the times.

• Team will receiving the FMCG product data from the retailer itself
• Need to clean the FMCG product data - to match our internal system formatting (have different format from retailers)-internally we called ID-Reference Data 

To support the Transport Department in ensuring efficient logistics operations, including vessel monitoring, driver deployment, document processing, and customer service, while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Safety Compliance:

1. Safety & Health:

·      Adhere to and promote workplace safety ,following OSH guidelines and safe work methods.

·      Report and assist in incident investigations when required.

1. Vessel & Logistics Coordination:

·      Monitor vessel movements via Portnet & JP online system and coordinate with shipping agents.

·      Liaise with customers and plant operators on order status and loading schedules.

1. Driver & Fleet Management:

·      Plan, assign, and monitor driver deployments to meet delivery KPIs.

·      Track driver progress using GPS tracking systems and ensure adherence to routes.

·      Manage a fleet of Prime Movers and drivers, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

1. Documentation & Customer Service:

·      Prepare and verify shipping documents via Portnet & Jurong Port online systems.

·      Process delivery receipts/proof of delivery(POD) within required lead times.

·      Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly.

1. Administrative & Emergency Duties:

·      Verify and reconcile driver trip records post-job completion.

·      Handle urgent delivery requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

·      Provide 24/7 on-call support (rotational basis) for operational emergencies.

Key requirements:

• Education: GCE 'A' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), preferably in Traffic Planning, Workforce Allocation, or Transport Operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.
• Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for process improvements.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to take on 24/7 stand by duties for operational support.
