1.     Day-to-day troubleshooting of PCs, servers and network

2.    Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT maintenance, support, and upgrades.

3.      Coordinating and implementing of new equipment / systems

4.      Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment required for club events, meetings, and activities.

5.      Maintenance of IT infrastructure including patching, updating, AV scanning, and backups

6.     Maintenance of IT infrastructure including:

• Network – LAN, Wireless, VOIP etc

• Hardware – Club2000e and various modules, Active Directory, Terminal Server, WSUS, Firewall, VOIP, Mail, Web etc.

• Software –Operating Systems, Software Products, Software Licenses.

7.     Provide technical advice and recommendations on IT-related equipment and solutions to internal departments.

8.      Record and prepare meeting minutes for the IT Sub-Committee.

9.      Conduct basic IT training and guidance for staff on systems and applications.

10.  Any ad-hoc work as assigned by supervisor or the Management.

What You’ll Do:

Provide technical support via phone, email, or onsite for security systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues promptly.

Maintain strong product and application knowledge to deliver effective client solutions.

Conduct in-house product testing and perform quality checks.

Provide software training to clients after installation.

Ensure smooth project presentation and handover.

Identify, recommend, and procure products to improve efficiency.

Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 years experience; knowledge in CCTV or Biometric Access Systems is a plus.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

As an IT Executive, you will oversee project management and system support, ensuring smooth implementation and operation of IT projects. Your role will involve managing infrastructure and audits, as well as providing troubleshooting assistance to maintain our technology environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Project management which includes project scoping, schedule development, monitoring, tracking, control, risk identification, mitigation and ensuring quality of deliverables and costs
• Supports implementation and changes to existing and new applications
• Manage system upgrades and enhancements 
• Conduct IT audits on system administration, operations and processes 
• Plan and conduct routine reviews on system security logs and deliver management reports on IT security 
• Deliver management reports on IT security
• Manage office IT infrastructure and maintenance including network and devices
• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting for office IT issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline

• At least 2 years experience in the support, maintenance or delivery of IT projects

• Understanding of Agile software development practices is an advantage 

• Familiarity in software development projects involving PHP and .NET is an advantage
