A. Senior Resident Site Staff with Degree in Architecture (hereinafter referred to as “SRA”)

1. Strategize, oversee and coordinate the overall quality assurance and quality control processes, including enforcement & inspections activities.

2. Liaise, coordinate and cooperate with Other Consultants to resolve on-site design and technical/coordination issues in a timely manner.

3. Carry out the proper and full-time site supervision work for the satisfactory construction and completion of all building works including but not limited to architectural and interior design (ID) works, all in compliancewith the specified requirements in the contracts between the Employer with the Contractor (which includes any subcontractor whether nominated or privately engaged by the Contractor), and in accordance with the relevant building authorities’ rules, regulationsand requirements.

17. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing design, shop, construction and cocoordination drawings are properly recorded, collated and filed.

18. Check the accuracy of all RAOV/RFI to ensure they are recorded, costed and issued appropriately, including all necessary clarification with the QS on the extent of changes.

22. Ensure issuance of defects list and monitor/supervision progress of rectification works are executed.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Review Contract Docuements

· Make MTO, BOQ

· Study drawings, specifications

· Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim

· Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors

· (For Electrical Engineer) Knowledge in Power Distribution System, Lighting System, Earth & Lightening System, PV System, UPS/EPS, Telephone distribution.

· Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant

· Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation

· Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.

· Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.

· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

· Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or equivalent.

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a LSR Engineer to be part of their Engineering team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North – easily accessible.

Duties of LSR Engineer

• Serve as the technical authority for Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) molding across the full medical device product lifecycle, from concept development through commercialization, sustaining engineering, and product retirement.
• Provide technical leadership in LSR process development, tooling, material selection, and manufacturing to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective production.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support new product development, process transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Reliability principles, providing expertise in component design, tooling strategies, material selection, and biocompatibility considerations.
• Lead process development and validation activities, including DOE, PFMEA, process capability studies, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation, utilizing scientific molding principles.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA Quality System requirements, ISO 14971 risk management standards, and other applicable medical device regulations.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, CAPA investigations, root cause analysis, and post-market manufacturing performance activities.
• Review and approve engineering changes, ensuring appropriate risk assessments, validation requirements, and regulatory considerations are addressed.
• Provide technical oversight to suppliers, contract manufacturers, toolmakers, and material vendors, including qualification, audits, technology transfers, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement advanced LSR technologies, automation solutions, and process innovations to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LSR molding, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Degree / Master in Engineering field
• Min 10 years of experience in LSR molding
• Experience in medical device manufacturing and regulations (ISO 13485, FDA)
