A. Senior Resident Site Staff with Degree in Architecture (hereinafter referred to as “SRA”)

1. Strategize, oversee and coordinate the overall quality assurance and quality control processes, including enforcement & inspections activities.

2. Liaise, coordinate and cooperate with Other Consultants to resolve on-site design and technical/coordination issues in a timely manner.

10. Report regularly on the overall project status, assist with the preparation of the Certificate of Stage Completion, Progress Reports, design coordination, buildability and quality issues.

17. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing design, shop, construction and cocoordination drawings are properly recorded, collated and filed.

18. Check the accuracy of all RAOV/RFI to ensure they are recorded, costed and issued appropriately, including all necessary clarification with the QS on the extent of changes.

19. Be able to explain to the Employer when necessary the reasons for the RAOV/RFIs.

20. Check and review the Contractor’s site progress in line with the Other Consultant’s instructions. Conduct site meetings with site staff for updates and coordination of works at specified intervals.

22. Ensure issuance of defects list and monitor/supervision progress of rectification works are executed.

A Junior IT Support Engineer provides technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. Key responsibilities include :

- Technical Support:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

- Provide remote and on-site support to end-users, addressing their technical concerns and resolving issues efficiently

- System Maintenance:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system checks

- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software

- Problem-Solving:

- Identify and diagnose technical problems, providing timely and effective solutions

- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical issues

- Documentation:

- Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference

- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations

- User Support:

- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications

- Develop and maintain user documentation and guides

Requirements and Skills:

- Education: ITE/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)

- Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Good time management and organizational skills

- Certifications:

- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications are a plus

Qualities We Value

§  Bachelor’sdegree in Electrical / Electronics, Communications or System Engineering isrequired.

§  Master’sdegree in related field is an advantage

§  Minimum8 years of experience in SATOM product or systems development

§  Atleast 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or team-lead role

§  Proventrack record delivering SATCOM terminals, modems, RF subsystems, or integratedcommunication products to production

§  Strongunderstanding of SATCOM architectures, RF systems, modems, and protocol stacks

§  Knowledgeof environmental and EMC qualification and certification processes

§ Working location is in Jurong East
