Job Requirements

• Collaborate with inhouse finance team and internal stakeholders to gather, review and provide information required for compliance and reporting purposes, where applicable.
• Conduct tax research and assess tax implications arising from any proposed business expansion opportunities of the group.
• Manage and handle tax incentive including liaising with the relevant authorities for compliance of incentive conditions where necessary.
• Provide support toad-hoc projects as and when required, including but not limited to matters related to transfer pricing, intercompany and cross-border arrangements, tax advisory and tax planning.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be seasoned Regional Tax Professionals with:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Min 5 years of corporate tax experience, preferably with regional exposure.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

• Pre-Sales Visualization & RFP Support (10%): Lead the creation of BIM models, explanation drawings, and animations for client RFP responses; collaborate with Sales to provide technical marketing assets and "automatic take-offs" for rapid-response budgetary planning. 

• BIM Standards & Protocol Governance (10%): Create and manage in-house BIM standards (layers, line weights, annotations); develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and protocols to ensure consistency across the global portfolio. 

• Product Integration & Library Management (15%): Partner with the Product Team to develop and update the BIM object library for internal and supplier equipment; ensure parametric models include accurate sizing and naming conventions. Laise with equipment vendors and material suppliers for their latest BIM models.  

• Team Leadership & BIM Support (45%): Govern and train a team of BIM technicians; provide expert technical support for BIM software and troubleshoot complex modeling issues encountered by the design or delivery teams. Manage the BIM files as the point of contact, receive comments and markups from the technical teams, understand, digest and distribute to self and BIM technicians to execute. Ensure quality of BIM work. The BIM technicians are expected to be in Shanghai and the BIM manager to be stationed in Hong Kong or Singapore with the Design and Engineering Team.  

• Cross-Functional Coordination (15%): Interface with Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural leads to ensure clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination; assist the Delivery team in resolving site issues using BIM data. Ensure that the disciplines are following the BIM standards and are filed accordingly.  

• Continuous Improvement (5%): Stay technically proficient with the latest BIM developments and integrate best practices into company procedures. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is desired. 

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of work experience in engineering/design, with at least 6 years specifically in the Data Center sector. 

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is mandatory. Strong understanding of parametric modeling and construction methodologies (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, ELV, Security Systems, ETC). Compliant to AIA BIM and digital delivery documents Level Of Detail (LOD);  ISO 19650 Exchange Information Requirements, Common Data Environment, Information Delivery Milestones compliant.

We are seeking a suitable and qualified candidate to fill our position of Information Technology Manager.  This position will report directly to the Head of IT Department. 

The incumbent will be responsible for the planning, maintenance and administration of the information systems and local area network in the branch to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. He/she also will work with the Bank’s Head Office in Japan as a project manager to upgrade the branch's system infrastructure and software.

He/she will ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems and perform routine system operations including data backup and keeping of daily/problem logs. He/she will also oversee and/or perform installation, maintenance and monitoring of the branch’s systems, hardware, software and local area network and provide support for system upgrades, file maintenance and installations where installations are carried out by vendors. He/she will support the end user computing and daily operations to resolve and prevent problems and perform trouble shooting and act as an internal resource for system problems or unusual situations encountered. He/she will also be responsible to organize hands-on demonstrations and/or train end users in the use of new software and hardware products and make, plan and maintain office automation and communication infrastructure. In addition, he/she will also be responsible for liaising with other departments / branches on behalf of users on matters relating to the branch information systems and establishing, maintaining and implementing policies, rules and procedures for managing information and information systems.

As our risk management system, accounting system and settlements system are developed by the Head Office, there will be regular reporting and liaising with the Head Office IT Department.  The incumbent is required to work very closely with the Head Office IT Department on our IT system/network and email system.  He/she is also required to understand and interpret the information security policies from Head Office which are written in Japanese language. The incumbent will assist the Head of IT for the submission of IT related budget in Japanese language.

Applicants should possess a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, MIS or similar computer related field with at least 10 years' experience in similar capacity in a corporate banking environment. The incumbent needs to be familiar and have a good understanding of the business culture and process of Japanese organizations.  Native-level Japanese language ability, both spoken and written, will be essential for this role as there will be regular communication and liaison with Head Office. The candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
