Job Purpose

The Construction Manager (Electrical) will lead the electrical installation, testing, and commissioning phases of our EPC/EPCM projects. Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Oversight & Execution

• Supervise and direct M&E teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings and regulatory requirements

• Review technical drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and issue clarifications

• Monitor project progress, variation orders, and report performance status to management

• Lead project meetings, inspections, commissioning, and defect liability period follow-ups

• Support design-and-build projects and implement value engineering initiatives

• Develop and maintain subcontractor and supplier networks

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Experience in M&E management within contractor, consultancy, or specialist firms

• Proven involvement in design-and-build projects and tender processes

• Track record in project delivery, cost control, and procurement

• Experience in data centres, M&E-intensive facilities, residential, or hospitality projects

• Familiarity with BIM and local regulatory requirements

• Exposure to contract administration, variation management, and green building certifications is an advantage
