Job Description ：

 Closely communicate with Japan HQ with regard to the Branch’s IT and outsourcing management. Take initiatives in introducing various measures to improve the Branch’s IT environment in coordination with Japan HQ

 Manage the Branch’s IT related budget in communication with the Japan HQ

 Plan and manage the Branch’s IT security

 Monitor relevant regulations affecting the operations in the Branch and take appropriate actions to abide by such regulations

 Support Branch staff in using IT equipment and address various IT related troubles.

 Prepare committee materials and regularly report to the Branch Management at the committee.

 Make other necessary reporting to Head of Department, Branch Management and to Japan HQ

Job Requirements ：

Job Summary

• To achieve financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing and retaining profitable CCIB customers within acceptable risk parameters

• Work closely with the credit team to ensure good quality lending decisions are made; to ensure the strict adherence to the prevailing EAR / credit policy

• Implement agreed upon business plan to achieve sales/ revenue targets

• Generate creative ideas for customer acquisition and products/ services

• Regularly provide market and client feedback to the team and peers on new and anticipated financial and service needs and recommend appropriate improvements to processes on new products

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in client engagement, internal stakeholder management and other business conduct

• If the portfolio has a sub-credit /EA account, then actively managing account to maximise recoveries and minimise losses for the bank for the accounts.

In this role, you’re expected to :

• Provide complete service support to client, including solving complex client inquiries

• Provide day to day support to Banker on documentation such as account opening and closing, loan disbursals, etc.

• Client/prospect meetings - Organize the pre-call planning, organizing post-meeting notes, and maintain all client call records including call reports

• Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.

• Assist the Banker in deepening the existing client relationship through deep-dive analysis

• Assist the Banker in the creation of sales and marketing strategies designed to generate revenue growth and to acquire new target clients, with a focus on Investments

• Assist the Banker with prospecting - conduct new client/prospect research, generate leads and develop prospects, network to identify referrals to new clients/prospects, and coordinate client events

• Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports and other relevant information to the Banker

• Ensure appropriate documentation related to KYC/ AML from the client and ensure all aspects of client records and documentation are completed and updated

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.​

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• CACS 1 and 2 required
