Position Summary

The Executive Director will serve as the Company's senior representative in Singapore and selected international markets. Experience

Job qualifications and requirements:

• University Graduate and other professional qualification; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience with minimum 8 years in management role from banking or financial industry and demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements and landscape in Singapore, experience in Southeast Asia market, cross border M&A preferred.
• Excellent command on both written and spoken English and knowledge in both written and spoken Chinese.

Key Responsibilities
