Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Warehouse Operations

• Lead and oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfilment and dispatch activities.
• Manage warehouse space utilization and storage optimization to maximize operational efficiency and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Ensure stock accuracy and compliance with FEFO/FIFO inventory management principles.
• Oversee inventory control activities including stock receiving, stock issuance, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with third-party warehouse providers on storage, inventory management and stock movements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders on incoming shipments, container deliveries and import-related logistics activities.

Distribution& Transportation Management

• Plan, coordinate and optimize daily delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfilment of customer orders.
• Manage third-party logistics providers, transport vendors and freelance drivers to achieve service level expectations.
• Monitor logistics performance indicators including delivery performance, transportation costs, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support logistics cost analysis and resource planning to achieve departmental objectives.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Develop, review and implement logistics processes, SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy and service levels.
• Investigate operational issues, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare logistics and operational reports, providing recommendations to management on cost reduction, efficiency improvement and operational effectiveness.
• Participate in business improvement projects, system enhancements and operational initiatives as assigned by management.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Customer Service and other internal departments to ensure smooth end-to-end operational flow.
• Liaise with external vendors, warehouse operators, freight forwarders and service providers to support daily operations.

Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, coach and develop logistics personnel.
• Conduct manpower planning, performance management, employee training and capability development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement within the logistics team.

Facilities, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food safety and company policies within warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinate workplace safety initiatives, including fire drills and liaison with relevant authorities and service providers.
• Coordinate inspection, servicing and maintenance of fire protection equipment, including fire extinguishers.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities for cold room facilities to ensure operational reliability and product integrity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, supply chain operations or a manufacturing environment (FMCG or food industry experience preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and FEFO/FIFO inventory control principles.
• Experience managing delivery operations, freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers (3PL) and container shipments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ,particularly Excel, and logistics, warehouse or inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication,stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with workplace safety, food safety and operational compliance requirements will be an advantage.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Assist Marketing & Communications team
• Manage day to day marketing & promotion matters for restaurant outlets
• Manage marketing & promotion campaigns for Catering & Event Sales
• Responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing communications and advertising
• Media relations and media monitoring
• Manage presence in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, etc
• Plan and develop marketing materials with Restaurant Managers to generate sales leads
• Work closely with copywriters and designers in producing marketing materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
• Copyedit, proof read and revise communication materials and menus
• Handle customer feedback and respond promptly
• Establish and maintain excellent public relations with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role in Chinese restaurant
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Marketing techniques and application
• Creative skills in press ads, design and other marketing collaterals
• Strong consumer and product awareness
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

• SGD $1800 – $2500 per month (basic), depending on experience

• Confirm the quantity and sign the outbound shipment document.
• Print out label according to the outbound shipment document.
• Put the outbound shipment document at the tray to inform them what are the carton/ pallet required.
• Search the loading bay sort out the carton tally with the outbound shipment document. If loading bay don’t have, go to Inventory to sort out the cartons and bring it to loading bay.
• Affix the correct label on the carton or pallet according to the outbound shipment document. To confirm all carton and pallet has been sort out correctly and is ready to ship out and place angle bar at the top of all the pallet.
• Count the total number of the cartons and pallets at the loading if it is tally with the report generated.
• Once the trucker loads all the cartons and pallets make sure trucker signs all the documents and place the signed document at the tray. Collect all signed documents.
