Job Description

• Design, develop, and support Temenos TAP (Temenos Application Platform) solutions for banking applications.
• Build and customize business workflows, services, integrations, and user interfaces on TAP.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and consume APIs to integrate TAP with core banking and third-party systems.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure solution quality.
• Participate in deployment, release management, and production support activities.
• Contribute to technical design documentation and adherence to development standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos TAP development and platform configuration.
• Knowledge of Temenos banking products and integration frameworks.
• Experience in API development, REST/SOAP web services, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related enterprise application technologies.
• Understanding of banking processes, digital channels, and financial services domains.
• Experience with databases, SQL, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Role:

• Development and delivery of frontend applications using React (TypeScript, Redux, Routing, Hooks, Context, Suspense).
• Understand business / system requirements and translate them into technical solutions that are scalable, stable and fit for purpose.
• Tackle very complex legacy defects that mediocre developers cannot analyse/solve.
• Ensure adherence to the bank standards (including code, security and performance).
• The role provides exposure to Wealth Management systems.
• Analysis, designing, coding, and implementation of complex and custom-built applications.
• Work collaboratively with team to achieve goals. Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
• Investigate and resolve production issues to help maintain a stable production environment; remain cool and effective in crisis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in banking & financial services industry is mandatory
• Bachelors in Computer Science or similar relevant industry background experience required
• Frontend development with React 18 or newer
• TypeScript
• Routing, Hooks, Context, Suspense
• State management solutions,e.g. Redux
• Experience in  working with MFE, building UI components, formik libraries, module federation, vite, CSS
• Affinity to user experience / keen eye for high quality UI and UX
• Ability to proactively work with stakeholders across the organization
• Strong computer science knowledge (algorithms, data structures, system design)
• Unit and integration testing
• Familiar with standard frontend code editors and tools, e.g. Visual Studio Code, Chrome DevTools
• Basic Linux shell scripting commands
• Familiarity with Git, DevOps systems
• Micro-frontends via Module Federation
• Web Components
• Bundler/toolchain familiarity (webpack, vite)
• Advanced CSS know how
