Job Description

• Assist the HODs in managing the Engineering department and field operations.
• Propose, plan, manage and supervise the installations, monitoring, data processing, reporting for geotechnical instrumentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Geology or Civil Engineering

• Possess a valid Geotechnical Instrumentation Engineer certificate issued by GeoSS
• Possess BCA certificate in Site Investigation Supervisor
• Competent in the relevant Code of Practices, Statutory Standards and Regulations such as ISO17020:2012, BS 5930:2015; BS EN 1997 Part 2: 2010; BS EN ISO 14688/9, BS 14688/9 and relevant standards.

• Oversee the maintenance of building structures, both inside and outside.
• Carry out repairs and upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and other building components.
• Coordinate with vendors for inspection, servicing, and certification of lifts, cranes, and related equipment.
• Manage and supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality work.
• Ensure proper care and general maintenance of the premises and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities/building maintenance.
• Practical, hands-on skills in building repair and maintenance work.
• Basic understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems.
