Assembly Technical Specialist
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce and modify metal parts as per detail and defined engineering drawings by operating on different types of machines like lathe turning machine, conventional milling machine, work bench drilling machine and work bench grinding.
• Ensure accuracy of machined parts by using measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, etc
• Maintenance of the machinery in the machine shop.

MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum National Trade Certificate in Metal / Precision Machining or its equivalent. 
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience 
• Knowledge and experience in metal and precision machining
• Understand of technical drawings with geometrical tolerances

Responsibilities

●Responsible for managing cleanroom garments, consumables, cleaning agents and disinfectants purchase and inventory.

●Overseeing and coordinating external cleanroom garment laundry services.

●Assist in overseeing site cleaning and disinfection activities.

●Be responsible for production waste being generated during biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring proper handling and disposal by contractor per EHS requirements.

●Conduct investigation of deviation that has been assigned by the team lead, supporting site internal/external audits and change control management.

●Perform other tasks that have been assigned by the team lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent technical school or diploma certification in life science, biological science, microbiology, chemistry with at least 3-4 years working experience in a biopharmaceutical or equivalent industry.

• Familiar with using SAP system is a must, basic cleaning agents and disinfectants, GMP cleanroom and contamination control knowledge.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry operation is preferred.
• Good teamwork ability, strong sense of responsibility, communication ability and execution.
• Demonstrate good communication and comprehension abilities.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Job Objectives:
The specialized First Recovery IT Production Support Engineer is responsible to support application wellness in production, investigate production issue raised, and respond to user with feasible workaround. Closely follow-up and monitor issue from investigation, pass relevant details to L2/L3 team. Clarify user queries. Make sure system availability as per SLA across countries for multiple applications / interfaces. Perform scheduled health check tasks across applications and raise alerts in case required.

Able to work in shift-based environment, support implementations during a bank’s green zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate production issues, respond based on production defect severity SLAs.
• Manage and respond to users on timely manner.
• Log incident ticket for production issues and user queries
• Follow up on defect and incident closure and meet incident closure KPI.
• Make sure system availability as per respective agreed SLA.
• Ensure daily start of day (SOD) and end of day (EOD) execution for supported applications complete successfully.
