Tanggungjawab Kerja:-

• Memimpin dan menyelia operasi percetakan ofset (Ryobi / RMGT).
• Pastikan kualiti percetakan memenuhi piawaian syarikat dan pelanggan.
• Pantau persediaan mesin, pemadanan warna, pendaftaran dan penyelesaian masalah.
• Menyelaras jadual pengeluaran harian untuk memenuhi tarikh akhir pengeluaran.
• Melatih, membimbing dan memantau pengendali percetakan.
• Selesaikan masalah mesin dan percetakan.
• Memastikan pematuhan terhadap prosedur keselamatan dan kualiti.

Kelayakan:

• Minimum 3–5 tahun pengalaman dalam percetakan ofset.
• Pengalaman langsung dengan mesin percetakan ofset Ryobi dan/atau RMGT.
• Pengetahuan yang kukuh tentang proses percetakan, kawalan warna dan bahan percetakan.
• Kemahiran kepimpinan dengan kebolehan mengurus dan memimpin pasukan.
• Mampu bekerja secara bebas dan berprestasi baik di bawah tekanan.
• Komunikasi yang baik dan kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah.
• Bersedia bekerja lebih masa atau syif apabila diperlukan

We are looking for a highly experienced Printing Assistant with extensive expertise in offset printing operations and exceptional color accuracy skills to be part of our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Lead and supervise offset printing operations (Ryobi / RMGT).
• Ensure printing quality meets company and customer standards.
• Monitor machine setup, color matching, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate daily production schedules to meet production deadlines.
• Train, guide, and monitor printing operators.
• Troubleshoot machine and printing issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in offset printing.
• Hands-on experience with Ryobi and/or RMGT offset printing machines.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, and printing materials.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team.
• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when require

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. To head the technical department of Port Klang, Merlimau, Pasir Gudang (thinner blending section) and Ipoh.

2. Supervising Senior Chemist and Chemist on R&D work.

3. Report chemical division research and development to Deputy General Manager and Executive director.

4. Report building division research and development to Deputy General Manager and Executive Director.

5. Supervising for QA and QC matter.

6. Design new product brochure, packing/label and prepare specification for building material.

7. Assist Sales department on customer service/complaint and technical support.

8. Provide advice on trouble-shooting for production.

9. Liaise with sales department for exploring on new product.

10. Assist sales department or management on technical issue for new market.

11. Prepare technical document if necessary for other business company requested by management.

12. Conduct technical orientation to new chemist and sales.

COMPETENCY LEVEL :

1. Minimum university degree in chemistry or chemistry related field. For example: applied chemistry, industry chemistry, etc.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in company as senior chemist level or above or equivalent designation with similar field of business at other company.

3. Possess good technical knowledge on company’s product and related products.

4. Able to lead the team and manage subordinate.

5. Good analytical skill, resourceful on similar product.

6. Fluent in English and Malay languages. Good command of Chinese language is an added advantage.
