About the Role

• Develop short term plans aligned with long term goals, working with multiple stakeholders and iteratively build product capabilities
• Convey complex ideas concisely and actively solicit and anticipate issues from stakeholders
• Keep user and product outcomes at the forefront while balancing stakeholder needs

Product & Team Leadership

• Lead and build high performing cross-functional team(s) that includes UX designers, software engineers, business analysts and/or delivery managers to deliver digital products that achieves business outcomes
• Work closely with UX designers to plan research objectives, organise activities such as product conceptualisation workshops and Usability Tests
• Analyse requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, and business processes
• Collaborate with Quality Engineer and business users to plan and monitor User acceptance test and user performance test
• Continuously seeks ways to improve products in the most cost-effective approach

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management & business analytics
• Experience facilitating focus groups, workshops and sprint reviews
• Strong in stakeholder management and vendor management
• Certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is a bonus
