• Monitor product performance and proactively address operational or technical issues during product use.
• Lead weekly project management meetings with external technology vendors to review reported issues, development progress, and upcoming enhancements.
• Translate business and user requirements into clear functional specifications, dashboard prototypes, and technical documentation for vendor implementation.
• Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in pre-production environments, including creating, executing, and tracking test cases prior to release.
• Raise, track, and manage technical tickets with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolution.

2. User Engagement & Onboarding (Approximately 25%)

• Lead onboarding sessions and user training through online meetings.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions with existing users to ensure smooth adoption and progress.
• Maintain and update the user database to track onboarding status, product usage, and assessment progress.
• Support the preparation of analysis and summary reports following users’ risk assessment completion.

3. Strategic Product Improvement (Approximately 20%)

• Gather, analyse, and synthesise user feedback and product usage insights to recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with technology vendors to implement functional improvements and resolve performance issues.
• Support backend and workflow changes when required to improve efficiency and scalability of the product.

4. Stakeholder & Internal Engagement (Approximately 10%)

• Support regular coordination and follow-up meetings with key stakeholders, including manufacturing clients, industry partners, and non-profit organisations.
• Assist with strategic communication and marketing initiatives, including content support for professional platforms such as LinkedIn.

Preferred Background & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in product management, IT project management, supply chain sustainability, or digital solutions.
• Strong interest or academic background in social and environmental sustainability is highly preferred.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Odoo, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of web-based applications, ERP systems, and product development workflows.
• Highly proactive, creative, and capable of managing multiple parallel tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate user needs into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 production support onsite / offsite
• Investigate production issues, determine production defect severity and provide workaround to user if feasible to move business forward

• Log incident ticket for production issues and user queries
• Provide necessary information needed for further investigation to next level support (L3) to proceed with fix
• Prioritize defects and plan for production release based on defect criticality or align with quarterly release
• Follow up on defect and incident closure and meet incident closure KPI
• Share production defect support learning with QA team and development team to improve application quality and minimize future defects
• Make sure system availability as per respective agreed SLA
• Support EOD batch run
• Perform annual Disaster Recovery (DR) exercise for supported applications
• Provide support to System Engineers on server level patches / upgrade as and when applicable
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer (KT) from project / development team before enhancement release
• Ensure application documentation is properly updated for each production release

Requirements:

Education:

·    Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

·    At least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in Level 2 production support field.

Essential:

·   You are experienced in Level 2production support. If you are having development background would be added advantage.

·    You need to possess good analytical mind in production trouble-shooting and capable to work with Development/Level 3 support team and other stakeholders for interim solution, fixes delivery and continuous improvement for preventive measure.

·    Experience in incident and problem management life cycle to follow thru till proper closure of incident and problem tickets.

·    You are expected to be a fast learner to acquire assigned banking domain knowledge and to on-board new apps /modules / services / functions / enhancements from Development teams and ensure production stability would not cause by these changes.

·    Capable in preparing/maintaining KB/SOP/Runbook documentation for incident related issues and System Operations supported activities (eg. OS/DB patch, RDR, Cert/Key renewal, batch trending analysis, etc.)  

·    Committed to take on EOD /System Operation support roster to support EOD batch run and support upgrade/maintenance activities scheduled during wee-hours and weekend.

·    You must have work experience inAS400 and/or Open System platform; if you are in Banking / Financial industry previously, it would be a bonus.

·   Inclination for automation and tooling and exposure to Splunk, Geneos, Control-m, Helix, Aldon, etc. would be great advantage.

This role supports Open Content Product Operations by delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and performance visibility against clearly defined requirements. You will work with large, varied datasets to produce robust, trusted outputs that inform operational and product decision-making. 

A core focus of the role is working with Open Content data — data spanning multiple sources, formats, markets, and use cases — and applying strong technical skills and data judgement to select appropriate data, ensure quality, and build reliable reporting, primarily using Power BI. 

The role also contributes to improving efficiency by reducing manual reporting and data preparation, through a combination of building automation directly where possible and working with technology or data engineering teams to implement more scalable solutions.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Deliver analysis, metrics, and reporting against clearly defined output requirements, working closely with Product Operations and Product Management 

• Identify, extract, clean, and structure data from available sources to create accurate, consistent datasets 

• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports, including data models, measures, and recurring reporting outputs 

• Create and maintain trusted business metrics and KPIs, ensuring clear definitions, documentation, and transparency around assumptions or limitations 

• Analyse open content data to support coverage measurement, performance tracking, and operational insights 

• Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient reporting and data processes and drive improvements through automation, including building automation directly and working with data, platform, or engineering teams to raise tickets and support the creation of APIs, feeds, or data pipelines 

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g. Product, Operations, Finance, Technology) to gather inputs, align definitions, and ensure reporting accuracy 

• Produce clear supporting documentation and summaries to enable effective understanding and reuse of data and reports
