Main Responsibilities:

Competencies:

• More than 10 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
• Leadership: Experience in key positions such as project engineer and site supervisor, led the construction, commissioning, and full production of the C22 workshop, responsible for a production team of over 90 members for ≥1 year; trained various types of workshop teams (high activity, clean area, preparative chromatography, fluid, etc.), completed the formation of multifunctional team structures; possesses excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Execution & Influence: Capable of quickly solving problems, establishing performance assessment mechanisms, strictly controlling unit operation times, consistently exceeding target batches for consecutive years with no major safety incidents or audit findings; achieved zero errors and zero major safety incidents since 2023.
• Learning Ability: Fully participated in the construction, commissioning, project management, and on-site management of the C22 workshop, learning and mastering the production system and operational processes from multiple dimensions; during tenure as workshop head, learned and summarized excellent management experiences and methods, actively participated in training and seminars organized by various departments, achieving cross-functional collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform as Head of the Singapore production base.

• Oversee production-related work during the construction of the Singapore site, including equipment selection, process layout, GMP system establishment, etc.
• Organize and guide production personnel training to ensure the team has compliant operational capabilities.
• Coordinate production planning to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Establish and improve systems and processes for production management, quality control, safety, and environmental protection.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with relevant departments such as design, engineering, quality, and procurement.
• Manage daily operations of the factory post-launch, continuously optimizing production efficiency and product quality.
• Responsible for team building and management, enhancing team cohesion and professional capabilities.

Qualification Requirements:

• Extensive experience: More than 15 years of working exepreince, with more than 3 years in process R&D, providing process support and identifying risks; over 9 years in GMP pharmaceutical factory production management, familiar with domestic and international GMP regulations and certification processes.
• Management skills: Participated in the creation of the TO-RM team and responsible for its daily management; successful methodologies in workshop management, capable of leading 3 workshops and HP Lab, achieving production goals; experienced in new factory construction, launch, and full-process production operation management.
• Leadership: As the head of the RM team and production department, possesses a broad perspective and resilience, willing to take on additional responsibilities and handle uncertainties; sets challenging goals for the team, enhances team capabilities and scale; builds and develops the team, effectively motivates employees and manages non-performance, creating a talent pipeline.
• Execution: Achieves goals through efficient communication and collaboration, utilizing resources to exceed team objectives.
