Position Summary

• The Production Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production scheduling, material control, and project progress activities for semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly projects.

• Lead and manage multiple Production Cells to achieve operational excellence in production, safety, resource planning, productivity, yield, 5S, on-time delivery (OTD), and product quality
• Collaborate with supervisors to analyze production issues and implement corrective actions to meet budgets, schedules, and performance targets
• Provide technical leadership in manufacturing processes and maintain work-in-progress (WIP) and shop floor inventory with controlled material requisition issuance

Required competencies and certifications

• Own and evolve the debit card product value proposition across key customer segments (Emerging affluent, Affluent).
• Identify customer needs, usage drivers, and pain points to inform product enhancements and CVP refresh initiatives.
