Job Summary

Manage food quality, safety, and menu performance by overseeing order workflows, supplier liaison, and compliance with food safety standards to support Saizeriya’s operational and product development goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage order workflows and maintain the ordering system to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations
• Liaise with suppliers to monitor and enforce food quality and safety standards
• Resolve outlet enquiries related to food quality and safety to maintain consistent customer experience
• Review ingredient specifications and implement improvements to enhance product quality
• Conduct regular reviews of food safety and hygiene practices and collaborate with the operations team to drive continuous improvements
• Assist the Superior in evaluating menu selections and ingredient quality to optimize offerings
• Analyze menu and product performance regularly to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement
• Maintain and update relevant operational and performance reports consistently
• Generate ideas and support the Superior in developing and introducing new menu products
• Facilitate the launch of new menu items by coordinating cross-functional activities
• Regularly review and update cooking guides and kitchen Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency
• Conduct routine outlet visits to verify compliance with established guides and SOPs, ensuring quality standards are met
• Participate in outlet kitchen training to gain hands-on understanding of kitchen operations and processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• University graduate
• Experience in food and beverage or a background in food studies is preferred

• Handling of non-halal food is required
• Work schedule: 5 days a week at office (9am to 6pm with one hour lunch break)

• Work closely with regional sales companies to achieve sales and other set targets

Requirements: 

• Ideally 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Printer, Consumer Electronics, or IT industry.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills: data-driven and comfortable with numbers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with regional teams.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to assess situations and develop proposals.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential product, pricing, and budget information.
• Self-disciplined, time-conscious, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• A passion for technology and IT products is a plus.

Role Summary

Responsible for developing and managing halal-friendly leisure travel packages, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating rates, creating itineraries, and ensuring products are competitive, operationally feasible, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and develop halal-friendly leisure travel packages.
• Source and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, land operators, transport providers, and attractions.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and package inclusions.
• Design detailed itineraries and travel experiences.
• Prepare package costing, pricing, and profit analysis.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate flight, accommodation, transfer, and tour arrangements.
• Produce accurate product information, brochures, and travel documentation.
• Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct destination research and supplier inspections when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

• Strong negotiation, planning, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of leisure travel products and halal tourism is an advantage.
• Ability to travel overseas for supplier meetings and product inspections when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiry.
• Assist in preparing quotations and order processing.
• Monitor delivery and liaise with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and on time payment by customers.
• Maintain good rapport and improve good customer relations.
• Ensure all enquiries and orders are processed, checked, documented and filed.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma in any discipline or at least 2 years working experience in similar role
• Candidate with Engineering or Technical background will be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attentive to details, effective follow up skills and customer oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 5 working days per week
