We are hiring a Product Sales Manager to drive vendor growth and channel revenue within the IT distribution ecosystem.

This is a quota-carrying sales role with OTE, responsible for managing vendor relationships, driving product growth, and enabling channel success across networking, IT Security and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Product / Platform Management

1) Support end-to-end functions for the Managed Solutions platform (Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, Evergreen Funds), including product onboarding and system operations.

2) Oversee ongoing product performance monitoring and NAV reporting.

3) Maintain BAU repository platform and systems upkeep.

4) Assist in system enhancements and implementation, rollout of new products or platforms.

Reporting, Process Improvement and Team Support

1) Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly/quarterly reporting for Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds and Evergreen Funds.

2) Support and work on regional product initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

3) Manage vendor relationship and payment processing.

4) Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external asset managers.

Requirements

1) Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline

2) Self-starter, highly motivated, and results-oriented

3) Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally within Managed Solutions.

4) Team player with the ability to work together with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner

5) Good understanding of banking operations

6) Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is required

Cost Analysis and Budgeting:

• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams.

Collaboration withCross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams.
• Resolve production bottlenecks, supply issues, and other operational challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• 15 years of manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management
• Proficiency in CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and project management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Drive alignment between engineering and other departments.
