Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 production support onsite / offsite
• Investigate production issues, determine production defect severity and provide workaround to user if feasible to move business forward
• Manage and respond to users on timely manner.
• Log incident ticket for production issues and user queries
• Provide necessary information needed for further investigation to next level support (L3) to proceed with fix
• Prioritize defects and plan for production release based on defect criticality or align with quarterly release

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in Level 2 production support field.
• You need to possess good analytical mind in production trouble-shooting and capable to work with Development/Level 3 support team and other stakeholders for interim solution, fixes delivery and continuous improvement for preventive measure.
• Experience in incident and problem management life cycle to follow thru till proper closure of incident and problem tickets.
• You are expected to be a fast learner to acquire assigned banking domain knowledge and to on-board new apps / modules / services / functions / enhancements from Development teams and ensure production stability would not cause by these changes.
• Capable in preparing/maintaining KB/SOP/Runbook documentation for incident related issues and System Operations supported activities (eg. OS/DB patch, RDR, Cert/Key renewal, batch trending analysis, etc.)

This role supports Open Content Product Operations by delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and performance visibility against clearly defined requirements. You will work with large, varied datasets to produce robust, trusted outputs that inform operational and product decision-making. 

A core focus of the role is working with Open Content data — data spanning multiple sources, formats, markets, and use cases — and applying strong technical skills and data judgement to select appropriate data, ensure quality, and build reliable reporting, primarily using Power BI. 

The role also contributes to improving efficiency by reducing manual reporting and data preparation, through a combination of building automation directly where possible and working with technology or data engineering teams to implement more scalable solutions.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:

• Deliver analysis, metrics, and reporting against clearly defined output requirements, working closely with Product Operations and Product Management 

• Identify, extract, clean, and structure data from available sources to create accurate, consistent datasets 

• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports, including data models, measures, and recurring reporting outputs 

• Create and maintain trusted business metrics and KPIs, ensuring clear definitions, documentation, and transparency around assumptions or limitations 

• Analyse open content data to support coverage measurement, performance tracking, and operational insights 

• Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient reporting and data processes and drive improvements through automation, including building automation directly and working with data, platform, or engineering teams to raise tickets and support the creation of APIs, feeds, or data pipelines 

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g. Product, Operations, Finance, Technology) to gather inputs, align definitions, and ensure reporting accuracy 

• Produce clear supporting documentation and summaries to enable effective understanding and reuse of data and reports 

• Adhere to data governance, privacy, and quality standards 

About the Role

The incumbent’s main responsibility is the Actuarial pricing in support of the development for new and innovative HNW products or campaigns, including the development of assumptions and pricing models, preparation of regulatory product filings, internal presentations, and support in product implementation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Actuarial pricing of new and existing HNW products, including preparation of reports and presentations for senior management

• Assess and evaluate key financial metrics, and propose ways to improve them while balancing the need for product competitiveness

• Engage a range of internal stakeholders on pricing and implementation matters

• Review product-related documents and provide policy servicing support

• Provide technical and implementation support for system development, including UAT, Day 1 and post-launch enhancements

• Completion of assigned projects / jobs within the expected timelines

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent quantitative discipline

• Min 3 to 5 years of actuarial experience in life insurance

• Demonstrated progress in actuarial professional exams

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Knowledge of Prophet or similar actuarial software is a strong advantage

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with good technical and analytical skills

• Strong business awareness with accuracy and efficiency of analysis

• Effective communication of results and key findings

• Handson project management & supervisory skills

• Participate in the end to end implementation for new product launches, campaigns, funds on-boarding and product implementation-related projects
• Perform Product UAT testing to ensure product related requirements are tested successfully
• Understand product features and prepare product test cases/scenarios to ensure UAT testing scope is clear with proper documentation
• Drive and facilitate UAT daily stand-up between IT and Business users to ensure UAT progress is on track for sign off as per timeline
• Ensure proper documentation for all implementation activities (i.e. Business Requirements submission, UAT testing results)
• Support post deployment activities (i.e. communication, business verification with proper closure)
• To support any ad-hoc tracking/implementation activities

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience with product launches within insurance space
